While preparing today’s menu and while peeling potato marble, this just came to my playful mind…
The Potato Test. This is a test for aspiring chef.. get a kilo of marble potatoes (smaller the better). Peel it for a given time and then weigh it again, the weight of the peeled potatoes should not have a significant difference on the weight of the unpeeled.. kinda crazy no?

naku, di ko keri to marce. makapal kung mag peel ako ng potatoes if i use a knife. gamit na lang ako ng peeler, perfect peel pa!
