I have been looking for artificial grass deck tile for our indoor playground. Swerte ko, I found some in a trading store in Taytay (The App Tradestore), unfortunately, kulang sya sa space ko. I decided to try out some artificial grass deck tiles I found on TikTok, priced at ₱61 per tile. While I was hoping for high-quality tiles, my experience revealed a few concerns you should be aware of.

The artificial grass deck tiles I ordered from TikTok’s Yellow Basket store had grass stapled onto a rubber base. Right off the bat, this raised a red flag for me. The fact that the grass was merely stapled onto the rubber is a major downside. During assembly, I pricked my fingers several times on the exposed staples, which were not securely fastened. Not only does this make the process of connecting the tiles difficult, but it also poses a safety risk.

In terms of grass appearance, the surface wasn’t too thin, which was a plus. However, the tiles didn’t align seamlessly when placed side by side. The noticeable gaps between the tiles made the overall look less appealing, especially when used as flooring.
