Last elections I saw a lot of candidates used wristbands in their campaign in promoting themselves. Children in our area love wearing it because it comes in different colors and styles. Some companies and schools also incorporates the use of wristbands for admission control (like in Star City and Enchanted Kingdom) pay-one-price admission/ride all you can, age verification, height restrictions, restricted area access, special privilege passes and group identification. I also saw wristbands in some advocacy promotions like Save the Mother earth, Clean Air, Earth Hour, I survived CANcer, etc. It is becoming a trend of the times.
Maybe the reason why it is so successful and is the first choice of most of companies is because wristbands is the cheapest way to promote anything compared to other promotional items
Christmas season is fast approaching and I think some advertisers are already promoting their companies by giving away Christmas items. If I will be in charge in looking for give away I will prefer items that are useful and economical. Promotional watches can be a nice and effective item t promote one’s company. Imagine, the one who wears it will see he company’s logo every time they want to know what time it is. Promotional travel mugs is another one, this is the best item if the company is all about coffee (remember Starbucks?). Umbrella and bags with the company name on it will be on the top of my list. Also, I would not hesitate to use the wristband as an advertising tool.
