New Zodiac Signs 2011: Ophiuchus Zodiac Sign

New Zodiac Signs 2011 gives birth to Ophiuchus Zodiac Sign.

From the original 12 zodiac signs, we now have 13 zodiac signs, the sign Ophiuchus being the 13th. A lot of people are reacting to this and some astronomers agree that this constellation have been existing just as the same as the others. The thing is although zodiac signs are associated with constellation, it doesn’t necessarily means that there would be another zodiac sign. Reports says that due to Earth’s movement and moon’s gravitational pull, the date and time that the Earth is under a certain constellation changed.

Many people are asking, what is my new zodiac? although it wouldn’t affect your personality or decision making like choosing between cheap car insurance or expensive one. Some people wants to know their new signs for the sake of reading their horoscopes. But when you look at some horoscope sites or sites that devotes to Zodiac Signs, Ophiuchus or the 13th Zodiac sign is not included yet. I think the 12 zodiac signs will be honored and used until all astrology persons agreed that Ophiuchus should be included too.

No worries guys, I am still my old self… old or new signs.. I know I am creative (ahaha) but hey it feels good to know that I am still Aquarius after all.

Quick Chocolate Fix From Xocolat

There was a time when we rely in food deliveries for our daily meals. That was year 2008, I just gave birth to Chico and no helpers around. Although it saves us a lot of time, it was tiring since we only had few choices. There’s chicken, chicken and chicken.. argh!! Why can’t we have a decent meal out of delivery?

OK, that was so 2008.. now with Quick Delivery‘s more than 100 restaurants and specialty store, chicken is a thing of the past (or not.. you know what I mean, right?). What I like best with Quick Delivery is the fact that I can order online. As you know our land line has been out of service since Ondoy (ok that’s another story) and ordering for a delivery can take much of our cellphone load (yep I am on prepaid), and I spent more of my time on the net.. see? there is so many reasons to love Quick Delivery..

Just like last Friday.. a good day to give in to chocolate cake cravings. Cafe Xocolat.. I so want to taste their chocolate cake,That Xocolat Cake. I have been seeing their branch in Libis. Every time we passed by Calle Industria, I dream of choco.. choco.. and choco.. and Friday is the day..

When I ordered from Quick Delivery, I was informed that it will take 90 minutes at max for our food to be delivered. The food will come from their Katipunan branch and not from Libis branch. The waiting time is no problem at all.. if it’s 90 minutes, then so be it.. but if they came late again.. ahh.. I would reconsider ordering through them…

I got my cake earlier, good thing that their rider was familiar with our place.. yay! I now present to you the sinful..that.. That Xocolat Cake…

The cake as I discovered has a smooth choco covering. It is not icing and it is not fondant too, it is chocolate syrup in thick consistency..Ohhhh The cake has to wait until my sister arrived.. but I can’t help it. I just have to try..The cake is a choco fudge that is very moist. The choco coverings is what worth the rave. Though it kinda “melts” down, we all agreed that it is one of the best chocolate cake. Xocolat’s That Xocolate Cake is the type of cake I have been looking for.

Our first taste of Xocolat has been very satisfying, so I might consider dropping by at their Libis branch sometime soon. Although delivery will be convenient, I want to try Xocolat’s churros and their Mocha Mi Xu.. and their brownies.. and their hot chocos. Oh there is so much I can eat at Cafe Xocolat..

See.. it tasted so good, we even tried strawberries on it..

How Much Do You Spend In Kids Clothing?

Tell me, when was the last time you shopped for your kids? Last Christmas probably. Did you shopped for clothes and shoes or clothes only?

I remember when I was a kid, December shopping has been one of the treat that we look forward. It means going to Manila and enjoying big department stores. It was a yearly treat from our aunts. In a way, it has became our tradition to buy something nice for the kids to wear on Christmas Day. And buying kids clothes was really fun. It was challenging at the same time.

For a big family like mine, we cannot splurge on their clothes. We have to be practical on buying. It was a bit hard actually to buy clothes for the boys. There are so many factors I have to consider. Since they are bigger now, cutey shirts are a no no. But I have t make sure too that the design of the shirt is not too matured for their age. Another thing I have to consider is the quality of the material used. It should be cotton. You know how boys can be rowdy any time and they sweat a lot. Cotton will be better so that it would absorb their perspiration. Good thing there are some department stores that offers nice shirts for a minimal price. As for the boys, we usually budget 300 to 400 per shirt. When it comes to their pants, I have a secret store where we usually bought overruns for 300 PhP.

When it comes to clothes for girls, I have spending a lot on Sati’s clothes. Actually, when I shopped for their clothes last December, the amount I spend for Sati’s clothes were the same as the amount I spend for the clothes of my three boys. So I guess, it only means that when it comes to our baby girl, we are allowed to spend a bit more.
