What kind of card did you received last Mother’s Day? mine was a simple hug and thank yous from my kids. I heard that young students from Little President’s Learning Palace in San Miguel, Manila gave a very special Mother’s Day card to their moms!
Little President’s Learning Palace together with Safeguard hold a Mother’s Day Hand Card Activity for their student. The young students were given a Safeguard Hand Card Kit which contained envelopes, coloring materials, and Safeguard soap. They decorated the envelope with the art supplies included in the kit then they washed their hand using Safeguard.
After washing, the students slipped their hand on the slot on the envelope and presented the envelopes to their moms. And when the mom opened the envelope, they saw their kid’s clean hands and a message from Safeguard:
“The best card you can give mom is a clean hand.”
Indeed! the best thing a mom can hope for is an assurance that their kids are protected from germs because of their clean hands. How clean sweet is that?
