Just click on the “Join Now” button and fill out the form with the correct information. Your entry will be reviewed together with other submissions and SM Ladies’ Fashion will pick the most appropriate ones for our next episodes. Only one (1) entry will be allowed per person.
On the entry form screen, follow these simple steps:
1. If you haven’t logged in yet, click on “Login with Facebook”
2. Enter the following information:
- Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number (information will be used to contact the selected participants)
- On the “Fashion Need” field, select from the dropdown list the choice most appropriate to you.
- On the “Clothing Size” field, select from the dropdown list (Teens, Ladies, or Plus Size) the most appropriate choice.
- Optionally, you may enter your favorite brand(s) of clothes.
- Optionally, you may submit a full body shot photo of you. It will give SM Ladies’ Fashion to have a better idea of who you are, thereby increasing your chances to be selected.
3. Click Submit
4. Watch out for the announcement of selected lucky ladies to be made over!
