C-Lium FIBRE Review

I have been seeing C-Lium from the reality show The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition.. been wanting to buy one and give it a try. So when asked if I can give C-lium a try, I did not hesitate. Last week, these goodies arrived at my doorstep:

Let’s start with C-Lium Fibre.. as I have mentioned I really want to try this product.

Facts about C-Lium FIBRE
C-Lium FIBRE is made from 100% pure psyllium fibre plant material. It helps eliminate constipation, promotes regular bowel movement and assists in removing waste and toxins from the colon and intestines. It is also a natural fat absorber which aids weight and blood sugar management. C-Lium FIBRE helps lower cholesterol level which may reduce the risk of heart disease.

C-Lium FIBRE has no additives, no preservatives, no artificial color, flavor or sweeteners. It is cholesterol, yeast and gluten free.

How To Use C-Lium FIBRE
Take once daily ideally 30 minutes before breakfast. Stir one tablespoon in a half glass of water (or juice) then drink. Drink another glass of water after intake. You can adjust the dosage depending on your fibre need.

My Expereince with C-LIUM FIBRE
My initial reaction when I received this is to check if it is safe for me.. for those of you who does not know, I am still breastfeeding my baby girl. There’s nothing on the packaging that says about breastfeeding and since this one is organic I assume that it is safe for me.. some more research and I am totally convinced that it is safe for breastfeeding moms. Now this can be the perfect product for me. I can manage my weight without having to stop breastfeeding.

I have been taking C-Lium FIBRE for almost a week now. I haven’t noticed anything yet on my weight or on my body size (I guess I’ll have to buy a weighing scale for this) but I did noticed a difference on my bowel movement. From time to time I experienced a hard time pooping and it hurts when this happens.. since I started taking C-Lium FIBRE I noticed that pooping is a lot easier.. I will be a bit brutal.. mas maluwag ang pagtae ko since I used this product. I also noticed the difference on my poop.. it’s larger but softer.. seems like a proof that the FIBRE is really removing waste and toxins from my body.

In the coming days I will try to record my weight and also start to add some serious weight loss activity.. like running and ding zumba. I’ll keep you posted how C-Lium will help me along the way.

Oh by the way, this is how C-Lium FIBRE looks after stirring.. and oh you must take it right after stirring or else you’ll have a hard time swallowing it.. it turns into a sticky mixture in a matter of seconds. Trust me. It does not have a taste but you can feel the texture of the Fibre as you take it.

Another product included on the package is A!Life, a food supplement that targets women and their different needs. A!Life has 6 variants or kinds:

A!Life Restore which contains Injuv™ , a Hyaluronic acid that restores moisture from within, helps erase the signs of aging.

A!Life Trim, contains ampalaya and banaba which helps lower blood sugar levels and eliminate excess weight to keep you trim.

A!Life Control contains Phase 2™ white kidney bean extract that helps block carbohydrates to help control sugar levels and weight.

A!Life Posture for stronger bones and better posture. It contains Calcium and Ostivone, the only non-hormonal nutrient that helps increase bone density and inhibits the loss of healthy bone cells.

A!Life Energy for natural power and extra energy. It contains malunggay, a natural energy booster that is loaded with nutrients, vitamins and amino acids.

A!Life Protect contains Pycogenol that helps defend the body from free radicals, ensuring health that radiates through fairer and blemish- free skin.

A!Life seems promising but I haven’t tried it yet since it is clearly stated on the packaging that breastfeeding and pregnant women can’t use it.. but I can wait :). I still have C-Lium 🙂

I have been trying to lose weight for a time now.. not for vanity reason because I am in love with myself.. but for health reasons.. been having difficulties breathing at night and I noticed that my feet hurts a lot specially when I walk.. a proof that my feet is now having a hard time carrying my weight.. It’s hard to lose weight specially on my case since I am breastfeeding.. you need to eat and eat in order to produce milk and with my part time job, I have more time sitting and less time doing some exercise. I have trying really hard lately and I think with the help of C-Lium FIBRE I can make this happen.

Growing Up With Mega Bloks

When you ask me what’s the best toy for kids, my answer would be, building blocks.. I love these toys, very educational and really helps in terms of imagination and dexterity. My brand would always be Mega Bloks.. the durability of this brand has been tested. I bought our first set before my first born turns one and up until now the set is still alive and in very good condition.

I collected more than 4 boxes of these toys over the years, we have Mega Bloks Maxi, Mega Bloks Tiny and Tuff, Mega Bloks Block Buddies, I even have Mega Blocks that can be considered rare pieces such as the boat collection and the monsters collection.

We have more than a thousands of this blocks, more than a hundred of character blocks ranging from princess to animals. And yes I even bought Mega Bloks CAT for Chico. Early this year we moved on from Maxi to Mini.. To say our family loves Mega Bloks is an understatement (in fact it was one of the first thing that I saved when the water started to raise during Ondoy).. so when I receive some Mega Bloks toys for review yesterday, it didn’t took me a while to start drafting my review and post a detailed one 🙂

Let’s start with familiarizing ourselves (er I mean to those who are not familiar with it) with the Mega Bloks. Basically, in terms of building blocks, it has 3 stages. The Maxi, the largest blocks and also suitable for babies ages 1-3 years old. The next one is Mega Bloks Mini, a smaller one and appropriate for kids ages 3 and up. Mega Bloks Micro is the smallest and ideal for children ages 4 and up.

This is a Mega Bloks Maxi in a bag.. if I remember correctly, this was also called the larger than life blocks as the kid can build a “robot’ larger than him using the blocks in this bag. It contains 80 blocks in different colors and size.. here we classify it as long, single, double or triple 🙂 It also includes 2 special slide which can be used as the feet of the robot (as shown on the photo) or can also be used as slide on the parking lot.. that’s how my kid used this kind of block.

As you can see, the boys had so much fun playing with Mega Bloks Maxi. The photo was taken a few months ago.

The one above is Mega Bloks Blok Town (hmm seems like Tiny and Tuff of Maxi eh?).. this is compatible for Mega Bloks Mini, which we also have a box full of it ( as you can see on the photo below.. the blue box beside Sati). The box includes 22 pcs of blocks that you can create to make a police station and a police car. It says in the box that it is ideal for kids ages 3 and up but even my 2 year old girl can’t get enough of it.

This is actually my first time to encounter Blok Town and from the looks of it, I think this will be on my list coming this December. The policeman included is so adorable! and I bet all the characters on other Blok Town set is as adorable as the policeman.

The last one is Mega Bloks micro.. a set of building blocks ideal for 4 and up kids. I haven’t bought any of this kind of blocks yet since the parts are a bit small, risky for Chico and Sati. I promised the kids that when Sati turns four, I will start buying Mega Bloks Micro.. yep I am that loyal to that brand. Trust me, it’s worth to invest on this kind of toys.

And for the purpose of comparison, I present to you Mega Bloks Maxi (red), Mini (green) and Micro (blue)..

You can buy any of these Mega Bloks from any leading toy store such as Toys R Us or Toy Kingdom.

Oh did I say I highly recommend this product?!? you bet I am!
