Our Valentine’s Card

Posted: 16 Feb 2011 0 PST
My first born made a Valentine’s Card for me. How sweet! Just in time because I am not having a good mood today (OK that is an understatement). The financial burden are kicking in, good thing we don’t need an rv repair (because we don’t have that kind of vehicle hehe). I didn’t have a photo of his card because he just used a pencil and it is not readable on photo. But here goes his message for us:

I love You Mommy And Daddy
Mommy and Daddy you two work for us for money
you will buy toys, mineral water, bags, things are needed in school
(things that needed in school)
I love you two..

awwww. isn’t it the sweetest? Makes me want to work harder.

Toy Vs Medal

Our second boy is not as brainy as our first born. He is more into sports and toys. When he grows older, I knew he will never get auto insurance quotes, but I knew when it comes to balls and anything about sports, he can ace it. In one of our recent conversation, I asked him if it is OK that he would not receive any medal this coming March. Last year, he was not included in the honor roll, he was sad about it because the honor students took exam weeks before the other students. It made him sad because his friends took the exams earlier.. not because he was not on the honor list. Anyways, this year, when I asked him that question, he paused for a while and said:

Medal lang naman iyon di ba? Hindi naman toy.

It is just a medal right? Not a toy.

Meet Akoba

That’s my third boy.. and his name is Chico.. but he goes by a lot of names… like Chilet, tilet and many more. This is the second time I’ll be posting about his name changes ahahaha

He already knows and can say his real name, which is Melor Moulik, but we fondly call him Akoba.. sounds like Japanese? nah.. it is not. It is a Filipino term (Ako ba?) which means Is it me(?) in English.

Evey time we call him, he would ask that question Ako ba? (Is it me?).. and it sounds so cute, so we started calling him that name and he liked it!
