Wrangler Philippines 2015 Travel Planner

My first time to enter a Wrangler store! Kase naman, I usually buy tops at Wrangler stall inside Megamall (exact mall talaga! LOL)

>>>explanation muna why I love Wrangler tops.. kase po, feeling ko I was a hippie cowboy in my 3rd life (may ganung echos talaga ako! pag may time, I’ll kwento what my 2nd and 1st life was hahaha)

So imagine how happy I was when I entered Wrangler Glorietta! Feeling ko, I was back in time with their store’s theme! And all those checkered blouses and pants! waaaaaah

I had my chance for a 6k worth of Wrangler clothing.. but I fell in love with the men’s section. So instead of splurging on MY tops, I bought my man a few tops and a maroon pants! We’re still debating if he’s “fasyon” enough to wear the maroon pants (hoy UP color yan no! wear it with pride!) and the brother is praying the husband would say no.. para sa kanya na ang maroon pants! kapal! Even though the size is a bit bigger on his built, ok lang kay brother because Wrangler offers free alteration:

I used Wrangler GCs to pay for those items.. kung alam ko lang na they have promo for cash transaction, eh di sana cash na lang!

OK fine, babalik ako to buy using CASH! Humanda kayo!!!! LOL

You know I have a thing for notebooks  and planner and travelling! Kaya ang hirap neto i resist!!!

As for the promo, kita naman po sa picture on how to get the Wrangler Travel Planner di ba? Check na din Wrangler Philippines Facebook Page for more info 🙂

Taxi Driver Returns Bag From Jeepney Holdup

With so many news regarding taxi drivers and their dishonesty, hindi naman na ganoon kadali magtiwala sa kanila di ba? That’s exactly what happened to my dear friend.

Around 9 PM kagabi, si friend , let’s call her Mahros, sent an SOS. Her bags were missing! She tried to give her music player to the robber.. but they politely refused (sorry comedy lang talaga to). And while retracing her steps and figuring out how to block her phone and cards, her mother called.

According to Mahros’ mother, the taxi driver called her because she was the emergency contact person from Mahros’ ID. They agreed to meet in Quezon City 7 AM the next day (which is today, Saturday).

So OK na di ba? Everything is well.. we all just have to wait.

Kaso, a friend told Mahros that when he called Mahros’ number, the one who answered the phone said she got her bags from QC Circle. NYEEEE! QC Circle? Anyare kuyang taxi driver? May exortion bang kaganapan?

Saturday morning, together with her mom and sister, Mahros meet up with the man. Si manong, nagpakaba pa! Nalate!

According to Manong Taxi Driver, which we can call Kuya Marino Abuzo, nalampasan nya ang bags pero nag decide pa rin sya na pulutin ito.

It was not his stuff.. but he guarded it as if it was his.

PEACE!

Friends, let’s keep the good karma ball rolling! Hire manong Marino! Call taxi service 09063291235

Two Simple Ways To Join Domex’s One Million Clean Toilets Movement

If you’re from the province like me, you can definitely relate to the mood of this video:

Now it made me miss our fiesta!

If you haven’t seen the video, you have to see it, the festive mood, the excitement of the people.. and the reason behind that excitement,

You didn’t see it coming noh?

Who would have? That kind of welcome just for the arrival of clean toilet in their facilities?

According to our friends from Unilever, the video, aptly titled as Fiesta shows how underprivileged Filipinos welcome the “arrival” of clean toilet facilities in their communities. “The video aims to make people realize the value of a toilet which most of us, unfortunately, take for granted,” said Dennis Chua, Domex Brand Manager.

The “Fiesta” video contributes to the efforts of Domex’s One Million Clean Toilets Movement. Each unique view translates into a pledge for the advocacy campaign which collects pledges from households to conscientiously maintain their own hygienic bathrooms.

How can we be a part of Domex’s One Million Clean Toilets Movement?

1. Watch the video above. Every watch= pledge and for every pledge received, Domex will donate P5 to UNICEF’s sanitation program, towards improving access to basic sanitation in deprived areas around the world, including the Philippines.

2. Share the video and ask your friends to watch it too!

You can also watch the video on Domex Facebook Page

Clean toilets, germ-free communities
All over the country, people are welcoming the construction of new toilet facilities and the repair of dilapidated ones, since becoming aware of its role in disease prevention, especially among children.

According to the Department of Health, of the estimated 3,420 diarrhea-related deaths among Filipino children under 5 every year, around 2,000 could have been prevented by access to safe water, improved toilet sanitation and personal hygiene.

“This video should serve as a wake-up call for most of us. The little things we take for granted, like having a clean toilet, could mean the world to others and could definitely help save lives,” Chua said.

Who’s watching and pledging with me?!?
