Get All Your Needs At Robinsons Townsville Cabanatuan

Although I have been living away from Nueva Ecija for more than half of life, I have seen how my province prosper, specially Cabanatuan City. Since our family moved in Cabanatuan from Talavera, we already considered the city as our home. The thing is, I never really had the chance to really explore this city. Thanks to my sister, her tour inside Robinsons Townsville Cabanatuan, made me saw a better view of Cabanatuan as a shopping destination in Nueva Ecija. Here’s how she described her recent Robinsons Townsville trip:

As soon as we enter Robinsons Townsville, we go straight on the 3rd level. Can I say that this is one of my favorite floor here? Well, because I can shop at the ladies area while my husband look after our kids at Toms World. That’s their happy place. The ladies area is adjacent to the babies, toddlers, kids and teens clothing. I can also shop for their clothing needs while they are busy playing. They really have a wide-range of choices for babies, toddlers, kids and for teens.

After getting all I need (emphasis on I since my husband and my kids are not done with their “shopping” yet), my next stop is the bags section and home section at the second floor so I can buy some baking tools for my kitchen! I also got a glance at the men’s section (also located at 2nd floor) saw that they have good formal wear as well as semi formal. They have an ongoing promotion for jeans- wear your favorite jeans and get 10% off on the same brand. Timing that my husband needs a new pair of jeans.

I hurried back to the 3rd floor and told hubby the good news I found. But before going down, he checked the area for big boys, to see if he could have an addition to his Xbox cds at home. Me and my two boys check out Toys R Us which is also located at the 3rd floor. I promised them that we will go back next month for the toys they want to buy. We will also be back to check Robinsons Appliance Center that is inside the Robinsons Department Store. We need to check a few appliances we are planning to buy for our home. I also need a new lipstick, good thing they also have a beauty section! My husband also needs to go back at The Handyman store.

Before going home, we hit the Robinsons Supermarket for our produce! Oh I found out that the supermarket is now easier to shop with, I noticed different colors of their price tag, and I learned a lot of things about it! For regular price product, look for white; for sale products, look for yellow; for a healthy product, look for green and for their Superbrands product, look for orange! After we shop at the wet section for pork and beef slices, we go to the veggies section and they have a variety of fresh produce to choose from! I also found some Japanese noodles at the imported section as well as spices.

Robinsons Townville Cabanatuan is now a real convenience for the whole family and also for the community. We can shop, play, bond, eat and have lots of fun

Beauty Products Shopping List For July

because my memory is slowly betraying me.. and my planner is full of numbers and I don’t want this list to be a part of those number, I am posting this here to remind me.

I  need to buy these beauty products ASAP!

Olay Regenerist Revitalising Eye Serum (PHP 1,099.00 from Zalora)

image from Olay Philippines website

Because I am trying (and loving!) Olay Regenerist Miracle Duo (Miracle Boost Youthe Pre-Essence and Micro-scultping cream moisturizer), I feel the need to complete the Regenrist regiment with this eye serum.. and the bags under my eyes are not Prada anymore LOL

I am running out of eyeliner and I am going crazy!! So an eyeliner is a must must must buy!

image from K-Palette Philippines Facebook Page

It’s really long lasting.. and it doesn’t smudge.. no more Panda eyes! hurray! The thing is, my acidic eyelids dissolves some of the liners.. ang panget when my eyes are closed 🙁 but I do love this product because of the no smudge promise. I also K-Palette’s Mascara, it’s the only mascara that my acidic face loves!

Suggestion from friends includes: Heroine Make Liquid, Inglot, Benefits and Snoe eyeliner..

Another Kikay emergency, eyebrow essentials! I bought some K-Palette eyebrow products, though I really love the eyebrow mascara, I am not much fan of their real lasting eyebrow. I recently bought an Etude House drawing eyebrow pencil, it’s cheap kasooo ang dali mabali ng pencil.. but it’s the easiest eyebrow pencil ever.. so I might repurchase. But right now, I am planning to buy this one:

image from K-Palette FB Page

Obviously, I love K-Palette products but I am open to try other products. Beauty Bar is my to go to beauty store, ang daming choices eh!

From eyes, let’s go to lips.. Stylebible said they found the perfect shade of red for morenas! And I soo want to try! Red doesn’t me eh.. pero L’Oreal’s Color Riche Star Matte Reds is affordable eh, I am tempted to buy 3 shades! Any suggestion? Definitely Pure Garnet is on the list.

Another lip product that I am planning to buy (well, it’s been a while since my last lipstick purchase no)

Preview X Happy Skin Shut Up & Kiss Me Moisturizing Matte Lippie..because it’s Matte and it’s moisturizing!

I am actually if I should go with Happy Skin or L’Oreal. What do you think?

While doing this blog post, I asked a few mommy blogger friends what are their beauty products must buy this month, si Rikka lang ang may shopping list (so far! still waiting for others, will update tomorrow)

Rikka’s Beauty products shopping list:

  • Cure
  • Tony Moly Toner
  • Maybelline Matte Lipstick
  • Happy Skin Lippie
  • Maybelline Shine Free Compact
  • Elf Brow Gel

Cure is my HG in skin exfoliation! It really cures! It’s a natural aqua gel that gently removes dry and dead skin, works for oily skin too!

Si Madame Levy wants to buy Olay Facial Wash but she was not specific kung anong facial wash, I am still trying to convince her to buy Cure.

How about you? What’s your Beauty products shopping list this month? Dali, tell me and tell me why 🙂

Black School Shoes (and more shoes) From Liliw, Laguna

Not our first time in Liliw and definitely not our last! Babalik- balikan namin ang Liliw! This side of Luzon is very promising! We’re North people and we seldom explore South, hanggang Tagaytay lang kame. Or sometimes, UPLB and one time, umabot kame ng Pakil to buy Santa Claus paper mache. This time, I am thinking of spending a weekend in Laguna. Explore Nagcarlan underground cemetery, Liliw’s natural spring, maybe even visit Costales farm and buy longganisa at Lucban and even include a hike at Kamay ni Hesus..ang dami daming pwedeng gawin! Not to mention the churches on this side of Luzon is stunning!

This is the church at Liliw, Laguna. We only discovered this during our 2nd visit. Nasa kabilang street ito, this is where most people park their cars. From the side of the church (left side if facing the church), you can exit and this is where the shoes shopping adventure begins!

Our favorite store (so far!) is Badong:

It’s the only shop in Liliw that sells black school shoes and other closed shoes e.

Here are some of the shoes on display during our first visit last year:

The shoes here are sooooo cheap! These are all under 500 PhP!

Coolness di ba? Imagine 6 pairs of school black shoes + 1 leather shoes for my mother + tsinelas for husband + sandals for MIL + sandals for my ate + mary jane for me + black boots for Sati= 12 pairs of footwear = 5500 PhP

5 pairs of that black shoes for the boys.. pare parehas na para hindi mahirap mamili haha 1 black shoes for Sati. It’s less than 500 lang eh.. 450 each if I am not mistaken.

This sandals for my mother in law, also less than 500 PhP.

If sandals only, isang buong street ng Liliw ang puro tsinelas, wedge and many other foot wear, and you buy as cheap as 100 Php!

For food naman, Liliw is known for Arabela and Chef Mau, hindi pa namin nasubukan, so that’s another reason to go back to Liliw!

Have you been to Liliw, Laguna?
