As January kicks in.. there’s this nagging feeling that I HAVE to make our house look better, cozier, warmer and I that I need a small office.. a small area.. but with all our “trash” and our little playhouse.. how can I make it possible?

So I move some furniture here and there, bought a few pieces. I actually want to go to Jose Abad Santos to buy some furniture. If you are not familiar with the place, it’s a long stretch of furniture shops that sell cheap furniture (but quality). Cheap in a sense that can you buy furniture 20% or less of those in the mall..same manufacturers.. pwede pang tumawad! Kaso, my excitement is overwhelming.. di na kayang hintayin si Mang Jose LOL

I got a new sala set from Home World at Ever Gotesco, originally 9ooo Php, but got it at 7500 PhP. It’s the last piece na kase… they said that the foam in this sofa is Uratex foam and I tried sitting on some of their displays, and this one one nga has a better foam..

The cabinet beside my table is filled with my favorite things, Glamourboxes, perfume collections and papers.. notes, pens and of course photos of my kids.. also included are the bags that I usually use and some of our artwork materials. I like this set up because everything I need is within arm’s reach. Also, that cabinet serves as my arm rest hihi

My cork board, which I call, PI board (Pressure/ inspiration board), looks like this now:

What happened to the playhouse? hindi ko sya pinamigay no!

It sits beside my table.. so I can work and play at the same time!

Ay naku ang mga anak ko! pagkatapos ko is-isin ang paderm ayan may mantsa na agad.. dart board daw yan LOL 

I love this new set up.. all I need to buy is a 6 seater dinning set.. our set is telling us he needs to retire! It can wait.. I think I’ll buy my dinning set at Abad Santos Furniture Shops (tipid mode na eh ahaha) and might as well check some midi pedalboard in Quiapo 🙂

the baking saga continues.. and because my OCD won’t forgive me.. I need to be really organized with baking. Yung tipong kahit puro harina na ang mukha, ang work area ko maayos pa din tingnan wahaha and I know the only way I can achieve that is to use canisters for my baking supplies.

eh ang mahal ng canisters no! gusto ko nga sana tupperware..like this one:
