This also include a list of top mommy blog in the Philippines.

In addition, here is the 5 SIMPLE STEPS TO BE A MOMMY BLOGGER:

1. Create a blog name that will represent you as a mommy blog. Sometimes it's good to include the noun mommy or mother or nanay.

2. Create an email the same as your blog name for branding purpose, in other words, for identification. After that, you can proceed to step 3 which is actually one of the most challenging part.

3. Open a blog. It has been debated for so many times which is the best blogging platform to use. For starters, I usually recommend blogspot because it is free. On the other han, if you are ready to shell out money, wordpress org is the best.

4. Design your blog. This sound like an easy task to do, it is actually, however, it can be very time consuming. The number of free templates for a blog is endless. To help you decide, set your blog tone and color. Will it be a dark themed blog? Light? What will be the primary colors? And from there, searching will be easier.

5. Lastly and most importantly, Start writing. The best way to start this is to introduce yourself. Likewise, you can also create a list of why you started a mommy blog. Or you can mention top 10 things that you would want your future readers to know about you.

COVID UPDATE: Panasonic Air Conditioners with nanoe™ X Confirmed to Inhibit the Novel Coronavirus

Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation (PMPC) announced today a new breakthrough confirming that the inhibitory effect on the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) by the Panasonic Air Conditioner with nanoe™ X Technology was certified by Texcell*1, a global contract research organisation.

Texcell verified 91.4% of the inhibitory effect on the novel coronavirus in the space of 6.7m3 in 8 hours.

In September 2020, Panasonic has verified, in collaboration with Texcell, the inhibitory effect of the nanoe™ X Technology with the benefits of hydroxyl radicals on the novel coronavirus in a small test space of 45L using the nanoe™ X generator.

For further investigation, Panasonic challenged to test using the air conditioner with nanoe™ X in a larger test space. Even with the more challenging test parameters, Texcell has now certified that the Panasonic Air Conditioner with nanoe™ X Technology has 91.4% inhibitory effect on the novel coronavirus in the actual space of 6.7m3 in 8 hours. This testing was carried out in a closed laboratory environment and was not designed to assess its efficacy in uncontrolled living spaces.

About nanoe™ X Technology
nanoe™ X is a technology unique to Panasonic that collects invisible moisture in the air and applies a high voltage to it to produce “hydroxyl radicals contained in water”. Hydroxyl radicals inhibit the growth of pollutants such as bacteria and viruses. They are characterised by being strongly oxidative and highly reactive, but normally have a short life span. Contained in tiny water particles, nanoe™ X has a long lifespan and can spread over long distances. It has an inhibitory effect on both airborne and adhered substances.

Safer spaces are a must
With the threat of the novel coronavirus continuously looming and with vaccines not yet massively distributed or administered locally, Filipinos continue to struggle with safer breathing spaces and to ensure healthier home and work environments for loved ones and colleagues.

With this study update, one thing is assured: Filipinos can get 24-hour cleaner and safer air indoors, with the presence of Panasonic Air Conditioners in homes, schools, offices, and businesses. In fact, in 24 hours, Panasonic Air Conditioners with nanoe™ X Technology have an inhibition rate of 99.7% on the novel coronavirus, also tested in a 6.7m3 space.

Apart from its Split-type Air Conditioners with nanoe™ X Technology, Panasonic also offers a portable solution for the Filipino consumers, the Portable nanoe™ X Generator. The small device is also equipped with nanoe™ X Technology that’s proven to inhibit harmful air pollutants and viruses.

The plight for A Better Life, A Better World continues
Panasonic has been researching on nanoeTM Technology over the past 20 years since 1997 and has verified its effectiveness in a variety of areas, including inhibiting pathogenic microorganism (bacteria, fungi, and viruses) and allergens, breaking down PM 2.5 components that have adverse effects on the human body*2.

Panasonic will continue to pursue the potential of nanoe™ X Technology to address possible risks associated with air pollution such as new pathogenic microorganisms, to create healthy environments and A Better Life, A Better World for people around the world.

Break the Habit and #PledgeToDoubleCheck For Your Family

Our family, most importantly, our kids are the special treasures we have and with that, we only want what is best for them especially in terms of the food and drinks they consume. However, with the goal of making them happy with their favorite refreshments, desserts and snacks, are you sure that they are nutritious for your little ones?

Beware mommies, do not put your guard down and don’t be complacent because it’s not enough that we buy products having popular names. There might be red flags that you don’t see in the usual products that you buy. Just because we see our kids are enjoying their usual snacks and drinks doesn’t mean that our job is done, because as important it is to give them what they want, it’s even more important to give them what they need. As wise moms, we should check what ingredients are in the snacks and drinks that we serve to our kids. Is there too much sugar? Too many artificial ingredients? Remember, giving what’s best to our children is not only about providing tasty snacks and beverages –but rather, about providing them with snacks and drinks that will nourish them and keep them healthy.

Guilty? It’s never too late to break the habit of buying whatever is pleasing to the eyes and what is popular because All Natural Seasons Juice by Dole have started the mommy movement #PledgeToDoubleCheck that advocates for smarter and wiser grocery shopping.

This movement is a call to be more conscious about your grocery shopping habits and to inform and properly educate yourself about the ingredients of the products you are buying. The lesser ingredients they contain, the more natural they probably are, hence, a healthier and safer product for the family.

We may think that the current products that we are purchasing are already “healthy” but upon checking their ingredients lists, you might be shocked to find that they contain chemically-sounding, artificial additives and preservatives to add a more flavorful taste. Fair warning for all mommies that when there are too many ingredients (more than 10) and are a bit complicated or hard to understand, it could be a sign that the product contains a lot of artificial ingredients that are not advisable to be consumed in large amounts regularly so you might want to reconsider buying it.

Through pledging to check the label, you are committing towards being more aware on which brands to put your trust in and assessing which are true to their claim of being a healthy product. You will be shocked to discover that the products you have patronized and have made staple food items at home contain ingredients that may result to health complications.

Well-known celebrity mommies like Jolina Magdangal, Neri Miranda and Pokwang, together with some sought-after mommy bloggers such as Pehpot Pineda, and Peachy Adarne have spearheaded this movement of breaking the bad habit of not checking the label and starting to read and scrutinize the contents of the food and drinks that they buy.
It’s about time that you join us, not only by signing the pledge but taking this to greater heights by sharing this message to invite other mommies out there to take the pledge to double check the ingredients to really know what’s in your juice.

Other mommies nationwide who have started taking in on the pledge admitted how double checking the back label has made significant changes on them as a mom and how they were able to protect their children from health risks.

Best Diaper Pants Test By Mommy Solenn and Daddy Nico

When finding the right diaper for baby, Power Parents are often left to experiment with different brands and the many options available in the market. With so many options in the market claiming they’re the best diaper pants brand — how do parents make sure which really is the best?

The best diaper for Power Parents Solenn and Nico, is one that offers long-lasting pwet-tection for baby — keeping them protected from babad the entire day.

Pampers vs Brand X: Which Diaper Will Reign the Ultimate Test of Long-Lasting Protection?

Best Diaper Pants Test By Mommy Solenn and Daddy Nico

Mommy Solenn and Daddy Nico put Pampers to the Long Lasting Pwet-tection test vs Brand X to determine the best diaper pants brand that performs best in protecting baby against babad in 24 hours.

Each power parent had their own diaper to test: Solenn for Pampers and Nico for Brand X, the next leading brand. During the test, both poured 6 cups of 50 mL of blue liquid into each diaper — this represents the average 6 wettings of baby in 24 hours. After pouring each cup of blue liquid, a stuffed teddy bear (to illustrate baby Thylane) is gently pressed onto the diaper pad to check if the blue liquid transferred to the teddy bear. The blue liquid transferring to the teddy bear’s bum is a sign that baby’s butt is already babad in a pool of wetness and the diaper has to be changed.

Solenn and Nico repeated these steps five more times, changing both the teddy bear and the diaper every time the blue liquid visibly transferred on the teddy bear’s bum, for both Brand X and Pampers.

The result after 6 rounds?

Less babad butts with Pampers! This shows how one diaper from Pampers was able to give longer lasting and better protection from babad vs Brand X.

Ba-Bye Babad With Pampers Triple Pwet-tection

When it comes to diapers, Pampers always ensures parents that they’ve made the right sulit choice for baby. Pampers is the only baby diaper with Triple Pwet-tection against babad elements. #PampersPowerProtection provides baby better, long-lasting protection versus cheaper diapers.

1. Instant Front to Back Absorption
Power parents won’t find the need to constantly check baby’s bum for babad-causing lawlaw with Pampers instant front to back absorption. In the Long Lasting Pwet-tection Test video, Pampers absorbed the liquid much faster and evenly spread it out from front to back, preventing baby from experiencing babad.

2. Anti-Leak Guards
Leaks may happen in the cuffs of the diaper, especially as baby moves around. Pampers has anti-leak guards that allow the diapers to adjust to baby’s movement preventing spillage from the diaper.

3. Anti-Irritation Layer
Diapers made with plastic material may feel rough and tough which can be uncomfortable for babies. Pampers Dry Pants is endorsed by the Skin Health Alliance with its anti-irritation layer on the top sheet to help make sure that the texture of the diaper is comfortable for baby.

Even first-time power parents Solenn and Nico are amazed at how effective Pampers triple pwet-tection is in taking care of their baby Thylane. They’re confident that they’ve made no less than the best choice for their baby’s diaper out there.

Daddy Nico mentioned that it was actually his idea to try Pampers. Mommy Solenn shared, “With Pampers we never got to experience the frustration [of choosing other brands]. Because she [Thylane] doesn’t experience irritation, her pwet is always dry, she’s never leaked so I’ve never even had to change her bed sheets that often — I change it once a week. She’s so clean. And I think Nico agrees with me that Pampers is the best with triple pwet-tection — no leakage, no irritation, and it’s just the best for a dry pwet.”

Pampers Baby Dry Pants triple pwet-tection not only delivers long lasting protection and comfort to babies, but it delivers security for parents and big sulit value because of less changes.
