Anything mommy blogger related here. This features blog events coverage. This blog also publish press release and write ups. Tips and tutorials on how to be an effective blogger.

This also include a list of top mommy blog in the Philippines.

In addition, here is the 5 SIMPLE STEPS TO BE A MOMMY BLOGGER:

1. Create a blog name that will represent you as a mommy blog. Sometimes it's good to include the noun mommy or mother or nanay.

2. Create an email the same as your blog name for branding purpose, in other words, for identification. After that, you can proceed to step 3 which is actually one of the most challenging part.

3. Open a blog. It has been debated for so many times which is the best blogging platform to use. For starters, I usually recommend blogspot because it is free. On the other han, if you are ready to shell out money, wordpress org is the best.

4. Design your blog. This sound like an easy task to do, it is actually, however, it can be very time consuming. The number of free templates for a blog is endless. To help you decide, set your blog tone and color. Will it be a dark themed blog? Light? What will be the primary colors? And from there, searching will be easier.

5. Lastly and most importantly, Start writing. The best way to start this is to introduce yourself. Likewise, you can also create a list of why you started a mommy blog. Or you can mention top 10 things that you would want your future readers to know about you.

Jollibee 2012 Planner

For a minimum purchase of 300 PhP, you can have this Jollibee 2012 Planner for free.

It is a very simple planner, not even half an inch thick. But it’s really nice and not to mention appetizing. I am actually thinking of having this planner for our menu. The planner I got from Starbucks will be for appointments and scheduled activities such as portable phone batteries shopping or travel with my family.

Krispy Kreme Lastest Baked Creations

He never fails to ask for his favorite orange doughnut..and for his siblings, it should be the MnM’s doughnut.. so as always, it’s a combo, one dozen original glazed and one box of minis. We never tried Krispy Kreme’s baked creations.. but I think the newest addition will make them want it too..

Kripy Kreme Banana Walnut Kruffin.

American-style handmade muffins filled with deliciously ripe Cavendish bananas and freshly roasted walnuts — Krispy Kreme’s Banana Walnut Kruffins definitely raise the standards for pastry treats out there.

Krispy Kreme has been making fresh, hot doughnuts of the highest quality since 1937. Its first branch in the Philippines opened back in 2006 in Bonifacio High Street. Today, Krispy Kreme has 25 branches nationwide with stores in Greenhills Shopping Center, SM Mall of Asia, Trinoma Mall, Festival Supermall, SM Megamall and other top locations including Festival Supermall in Alabang and Marquee Mall in Clark, Pampanga. To get more information about the brand, you may log on to www.krispykreme.com.ph and become a friend of Krispy Kreme or get to know Chloe at www.facebook.com/ChloeKrispyKremePH.

The Ranchers Christmas Party (DQ Black Forest Blizzard Cake Review)

The Ranchers.. just came out after the party.. coined by Fedhz.. rants+lunch= ranch. Ranchers meaning people who ranch..

Last December 29, we had a small gathering, we can call it a post Christmas Party. Nicquee and Kat brought something for the kids:

We had  beef stew and tempura for lunch. Pasta and tacos for meryende but the highlights of our get together (well except for ranting and talking about our very interesting lives) is what we had for dessert:

Dairy Queen Black Forest Blizzard Cake courtesy of Mom Center.

We lall stopped talking and enjoyed every bite of this treat. It’s ice cream inside and cookie crunch on the middle. The cherries on top are so good, the kids can’t get enough of it. The only downside of this cake is when it starts to melt and slicing becomes hard (er soft.. OK difficult). You need to place it on the freezer to return to its frozen state.. but soft or frozen, it is equally god and the cookie crunch is a great twist for a cake made of ice cream.

Here’s what my first comment on the photo:

Dairy Queen Black Forest Blizzard is available in most DQ outlets (check their FB page here for the branches). Price is 750 PhP.

Next month.. I wonder what will be on our menu.. hmm maybe we’ll try DQ’s Oreo Blizzard Cake or Kitkat Blizzard Cake.. (together with lechon? haha)

See you again Ranchers!
