Nursing Tops

Breastfeeding is the only way for me since I had my first bay. Back then I don’t even care what I wear as long as I can breastfeed him. Another thing about back then was I not yet that of an internet user. I am not yet exposed on things like slings, nursing tops and even chic maternity outfits. I wish I had discovered those cool mommy gadgets back then. Since I did not, I just make the most of it now.

I always thought that fashion and breastfeeding was like water and oil. They will not go well with each other. Then I discovered that I can actually make it work. First I discovered slings and then I saw nursing tops and from then on I became a designer of my own. I know how it feels when you have to feed the baby on public places, and tiring it could be specially when you have to put your clothes all together again. I am actually armed with more than fashion sense when I started designing my own nursing tops. I am armed with my experience with my two older kids. Yes, you can trust me on this one, that the tops I designed were made out of comfort and of course born with some style on it.

The tops I did were mostly from the clothes I used to wear, I just redesign and modified them to suit my babies demand. Most of them have a wide neckline or tops with buttons. I take great pride on what’s under it. These were spaghetti straps tops I had before and I have no use until now. I just cut them half and put some garters on it, and those became the foundation of my nursing tops. I only have 3 or 4 of these in neutral colors as so I can use them in every tops I fancy. I can be both now, chic and nursing..

This top is a tube that I seldom wear, but now it has transformed into a nursing top.
This top too, I seldom wear it because it has a low neckline, and now because of it having a low neckline, it benefits my nursing undergarments.
This is a dress I love so much, and I made it a point to include this on my redesigned list. Good thing that the dress has buttons on it, now I can wear it as much as I want.
This top, I bought for the mere purpose of turning it to a nursing top. Well you can see a lot of my picture wearing this as this one is my favorite nursing top.
