Ascorbic Acid Ceelin For Sati (and the boys)

For a family with 4 kids and a plus one from my sister, kids getting sick is a no, no. Just imagine how it would be if one caught a flu, the others will have it too. For us, a sickness is always times 5 and because of that we give them all the things they need to boost their immune system. And when it comes to protecting the kids, we only trust Ceelin. We have been using it since 2003 (the time that I had my first boy). So I was really glad that we got Ceelin to be on of our sponsor during the Pinay Mommies Community 2nd Grand EB. Ceelin as so generous and gave each mom a 500ml bottle of Ceelin. Lucky moms also received a bag with 3 Ceelin 500ml bottles. Talk about protection for a life time.

Ceelin is a nutritional supplement that contains Vitamin C. And why does a kid needs Vitamin C?

Vitamin C helps the body’s natural defense against damaging free radicals. Free radicals are highly reactive and unstable chemicals generated during normal body activities that require oxygen (e.g., respiration, digestion, blood circulation, immune system response, etc.) and after exposure to UV light, cigarette smoke and various pollutants.

Vitamin C forms part of the body’s natural immune system and stimulates the activity of specialized white blood cells which inhibit harmful bacteria and viruses. Vitamin C is also needed for the formation of the protein, collagen. Collagen is important in the formation of bones, teeth, cartilage, and skin and helps promote faster wound healing. (from Unilab website)

Ceelin syrup comes in 2 flavor, Orange flavor which is for kids ages 2-12 years old and Apple flavor, for kids 1-20 years. It also comes in tablet which is for kids 2-12 years old. Ceelin drops, best for babies below 2 years old comes in Orange flavor.

For a time we have been using the tablet for Chico and Sati since it really is hard to give syrup to them, unlike with my older boys who takes the syrup willingly. But after the EB we asked the two babies to try it again and I was surprised that they love the taste now.. I guess it helps that they are both love orange juice now and giving them Ceelin that i soranged flavor makes them think of their orange juice.

Ceelin is on Facebook too! Like Ceelin Facebook Page and get updates on what’s new with our favorite supplement for the kids.

I have always used Ceelin for my tween even when he was still a baby. It helped him cope with his post-nasal drip and he seldom catches the flu.
