City Delivery now brings to us the first ever Medicine Delivery in the metro! You can now order your medicine and have it delivered right at your doorsteps!
Here’s how to order medicine from The Generics Pharmacy via City Delivery:
- Order via City Delivery hotline (87878) or oder via online through City Delivery website.
- For over the counter medicines, just wait for the CSR to process your order and wait for the delivery. For medicines that needs prescription, email (orders@citydelivery.ph) the copy of the doctor’s prescription. You can also fax it, you can get City Delivery fax number from their CSRs.
- Wait for your orders to be delivered to you.
Orders should be 1000 PhP minimum. Delivery charge will be applied and if the location is more than 4 km from the pharmacy, long distance delivery fee will be added on top of the delivery charge.

I have been thinking of investing into generics pharmacy, kasi wala pang ganyan dito, checked out their website. pero kailangan ko pa atang mag aral ulit no?

I would like to inform you regarding the incident happened this afternoon Sept. 16, 2012 morning F. Tañedo Branch. Regarding your employee named “Rose Espinosa” . Regarding senior benefits , i showed to her the complete requirements to avail the full discount of a senior (Booklet/Medical Prescription and Senior ID) but she only gave the 20% discount she said she needs a new prescription para maless un 12% VAT pero sinabi ko sa kanya un lng ang ginagamit ko weekly at life time un mga medicines na yun kaya no need para magrequest ng bago at hindi pa naman ganun katagal un prescription na dala ko at un din ang ginagamit ko na prescription sa ibang drug store at walang naging problema. Pinakita pa nya sa akin un book regarding your policy at wala naman ako nabrake sa policy nyo dahil kumpleto ang requirements na dala ko hindi nya ata naiintidhan kung ano ang nakasulat sa policy nyo regarding discounts. Pinakita ko sa kanya un receipts from your other branch dated same day and told her na nagpunta lng ako dun kc wala un isang gamot na kelangan ko at tinawag pa sa kanya para malaman kung available un sa branch nila kaya ako napunta dun sa branch na yun….at sinabi ko sa kanya na wala akong naging problema sa pagavail ng discounts sa ibang branch nyo. weekly ako bumibili ng gamot sa ibang branch nyo approachable sila at never na nagkaproblema masyado sya antipatika kung sumagot pero binigay din nya yun full discount nun my tinawagan sya sa ibang branch at sinabi ko irereklamo ko sya.
