would it be nicer if you sing along while doing Zumba? I often wish I knew the lyrics..but!!! finding the title of each track is time consuming already.. took me about two hours..only to find out that at the end of zumba, music was mentioned.. argh! anyways, here are some of my favorite with videos so you can relate:

October 10, 2012 at 1:35 amAs I am nearing my 1st month post-partum, I will definitely be doing this at least once everyday. No more excuse. I need to get healthy, and I need to lose the excess weight. Besides, this is fun to do unlike boring plain exercises!
