“ONE DAY WITHOUT SHOES” is an annual global event that aims to spread awareness on the impact a pair of shoes can have on a child’s life. The event has received massive attention from people all over the world and the hashtag #withoutshoes trended globally as hundred thousands of supporters joined in including notable A-listers such as Demi Moore, Charlize Theron, Rachel Bilson, and the Jonas Brothers, among others.

This year, One Day Without Shoes will happen on May 21. TOMS wants to give away one million pairs of shoes this month. Will you help TOMS reach that goal? Simply join the effort by Instagramming your bare feet with the hashtag #withoutshoes until May 21. Tag your friends and ask them to do the same.
