How To Post Carousel Photo and Video on FB Page

If you are a page owner, you would know that you cannot post a carousel post of photo and video on your Facebook page. But why would you want to? Why not stick with video only or photos only? Well because video is a very good way to engage your followers and with a photo accompanying, you will get more engagement. Also with this trick, you can add your website which will lead to more traffic to your page.

The trick I have learned in order to be able to post a carousel with photo and video involves a little tweaking to your Facebook ads manager.

Step 1. Go to Facebook.com/adsmanager/manage/campaigs

Step 2. Click CREATE

Step 3. Put campaign name, put a campaign budget of $1. Put ad set name, put ad name. SAVE TO DRAFT.

Step 4. Click the ad set name and then schedule your ad to one week from the day you are creating.

Step 5. Click the ad name you create then start creating ad. Make sure that you are doing the ad/carousel to the page you intent to post it.

Step 6. Go to CREATE AD and then choose carousel.

Step 7. Start uploading your photo/video include link to your carousel ad. Delete the empty carousel ads.

Step 8. PUBLISH

Step 9. Click the Ads Manager on left top and then go to PAGE POST.

Step 10. Click ADS on the side.

Step 11. Click the ad you just created, then go to action and publish it. CAROUSEL POST POSTED! Edit it if you need to include long description.

Step 12. Go back to Ads Manager and you can see the draft you created marked as scheduled. Delete that and done.
