DIY Christmas Gift Wrapping Ideas

And the wrapping continues! With so many gift wrapping options, how do you keep up with your wrapping?

Ours was simple, re-use, reduce and recycle! Keeping up with our loot bags tradition of using recycled materials, our presents for the teachers was wrapped with old papers that were turned into paper bags and decorated with hand painted Christmas tree. Actually, hand Christmas tree:

The best part of this DIY Christmas Gift Wrapper, the kids have their hands on it, I mean yes, those are their hands..and they were the one who decorated the tree 🙂 making the wrapper and the present more special 🙂

Here some DIY Christmas Gifts Wrapping Ideas from my mommy blogger friends:

Cute Takes Centre Stage: The SM Kids’ Fashion Holiday Collection

The local kids fashion authority unveils their latest line of children’s apparel

Manila, Philippines – Christmas means happenings and what better way to create the biggest one of all, than with the right outfits. SM Kids’ Fashion gives young girls and boys even more options to look their best, no matter the occasion. With themes ranging from crazy graphics to lots of sparkle and sporty get-ups, there’s a whole range of choices in store.

Black and White

Perfect for any occasion, this mix of eye-catching prints emphasizes sophisticated black and white tones for young boys and girls. From houndstooth minis to tribal-print dresses and striped trousers and jackets, the set works well for morning play dates or a grown-up dinner with Mom and Dad.

Royal Tee

Every little girl is a princess, and nothing says it better than this line of cute statement shirts. Adorned with sequins, puff sleeves, and peter-pan collars, these embellished tops go well with jeans or a nice frilly tutu for everyday dress-up.

Tromp ‘O Leil

Everyone loves a good illusion and the boy’s are taking it home this year. Printed bowties, jackets, and checkered vests stand out against soft cotton tees, along with comfy raglans featuring fun athletic prints for afternoons of rough and tumble activity.

Party Princess

Whether its afternoon tea or a mini-disco party, there’s always something in the closet with this collection. Multi-colored lace dresses come with hints of tulle, huge polka dots, as well as built in belts and maxi lengths for the girl who loves dressing to impress.

Baby’s Big Day

Tiny tots aren’t about to get left out of the high fashion loop. This season, it’s all about mini decorative get-ups ala Great Gatsby, roomy, sporty rompers, decked out pantaloons, and a generous helping of frilly tutus, for the most stylish babies out there.

A Christmas Christening

Baby baptismal wear also gets a refreshing festive update in mini coat and tie sets as well as lacy gowns, perfect for a special day. With subtle hints of glitter and adorable patterns, little ones become the life of the party.

The SM Kids’ Fashion Holiday Collection is currently available at all SM Stores, nationwide.

Maya Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix Review

My Maya Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix Review.. and how it inspired me to start baking.

You know I don’t know how to bake.. and I am having a hard time with it.. not that I can’t learn how to.. it’s just that I am afraid to learn!

So, after almost a year, my oven finally smelled flour!

One of my baking guru said I should start with pre mix instead of baking from scratch, and I did. I said that would make or break my baking career LOL just imagine if I fail on pre mix? what more with baking from scratch?!? waaaah

First premix(bought this at SM Taytay>> and I still don’t know why I always go to the branch, considering that transpo is a hassle haha):
