Milk Week

We have 3 students in the house, my 2 boys and my nephew. And we know that they need all the calcium they can get when the school starts. As a preparation, we have been giving them Malungay rice instead of usual rice. That’s rice cooked with Malungay leaves. And of course we are very cautious of the milk that we give to them.

Milks are not the same and we know that. Some milk may work for you but not for me. For me, it is OK to keep changing milk until you find what is right for your kid. But how do you know if it is right for your kids?

Well for me, the first thing I consider is the taste of the milk. If my kids liked it then I will give it a try. Another thing is of course when I can see the effect of the milk to my kids. Are they gaining weight or is there a chance in their appetite? If there a change in their appetite, then I know it is the right milk for them.

So this week, I’ll e featuring 3 kinds of milk that is suitable for kids 4 years and above. I’ll be discussing the milk’s key feature and it’s up to you to decide if it is the right one for you or not.

What’s Your Policy?

Whenever we talk about life insurance or buy life insurance, some people are doubtful about it, specially that there are more and more insurance companies here in the country that stopped selling policy. It only mean one thing, the business is not in good condition.

Insurance is just like an investment. You buy a policy, you wait for it to mature and you get the money, to most people it is their retirement plan and to some it is a protection specially to the people that will be left behind if something happened to them.

Live Writer Photos

I noticed that when I use Live Writer to publish post here in my blog, the photos are arranged in a different way but it’s better looking right?

Honestly though, I still prefer WordPress because of it’s simple lay out and toggle full screen option. I am a minimalist in a way and that’s very obvious in our house specially in my “office”. I don’t have computer cabinets, just a plain big office table that my husband bought from their company.

I will continue to use Live Writer specially when I am blogging on Blogger hosted blogs 🙂
