What Makes Me Buy

What makes you love a company? Is it their service? their products? or the way they treated you?

I have been hearing stories and not so good encounters in some of the establishment in the country. And I think customer service jobs area has been the culprit. For me, a company should take extra effort to make sure that their costumer service rep is very skilled in handling people. After all, a happy costumer can bring more clients to the owner where in a not so happy customer can boost the company’s competitor.

Dealing with a costumer is really hard, paying or not. As long as the person enters your establishment, you have to treat them right. Some costumers can be demanding, hence the skill in dealing with different types of people is needed.

The Best Mom Eco Bag

Can you guess who will get this eco bag?

That would be the 34th ecobag in my collection. The first one was Sati Bag, the second one was PMC bag, the third was JB bag. Hmmmm maybe I should start making a separate category for the ecobags, what do you think?

I still have a lot eco bag ideas in mind, like a big one intended for sale shopping or small one intended for small items such as cell batteries. I still don’t have the budget to pursue it. Honestly, I though making eco bags is hard but when you get used to it, it’s as easy as saying no to plastic bags.

Right now, I have 5 bags with my modista, 5 different bags for my five boys (Kayil, Mico, Chico, Kieth and Dylan). Since we already have Sati bag, might as well make a bag for each of the boys.

The best mom eco bag goes to…. my secret mommy, who will no longer be a secret on Tuesday. The Pinay Mommy Community started out a mother’s day project a few months ago. We were tasked to make our fellow PMC member happy on Mother’s Day. My secret mom (the one assigned to me) must be very sad for not receiving her card yet.. but I hope Tuesday will be another great day for her 🙂 Wish me luck in making her happy!

A Busy Week

I have been really really busy the pat few days. Monday, I was out to attend a blog event (which I haven’t posted yet.. I’ll do that the soonest possible). Tuesday we went at Divisoria to buy the kids some school stuff (socks, pants and sando) and also to by materials for Chico’s birthday.

During our Divisoria trip, we went crazy browsing bridesmaid dresses at Tutuban and also got busy looking for toys for the boys. We bought a lot of things, posters, and even cute little erasers for the boys. We got hooked in one of the stores there that sell Hot Wheels for a super low price.

Wednesday was another hectic day, was at the Teleserv’s Fas Five Screening.. Thursday was rest time but Friday was another busy day. We went to Makati and met with Niko, Sam and Fedhz, then some coffee in the afternoon.

Saturday and Today was ordinary. Mother’s day was spend with Pizza and Nachos. YUM!
