After all, a happy costumer can bring more clients to the owner where in a not so happy customer can boost the company’s competitor.

Dealing with a costumer is really hard, paying or not. As long as the person enters your establishment, you have to treat them right. Some costumers can be demanding, hence the skill in dealing with different types of people is needed.
