When they dropped by Octopus Store one day to replenish their stocks, they were caught off-guard when their suking tindero turned out to be none other than the matinee idol himself. Pandesal Calzone! I know calzone is a baked bread but who say’s pandesal can’t be a calzone? hihi

How to make Pandesal Calzone?

Make a small hole on the pandesal and pipe in some pizza sauce. Mix chopped pepperoni and mozzarella cheese and place it inside the pandesal. Make a crisscross pattern on top of the pandesal then bake for 5 minutes. Mix melted butter and garlic then use it to glaze the pandesal, cook for another 3 minutes.. and you’re done!
