Effective Home Remedy For Almoranas (Hemorrhoids)

Almoranas or Hemorrhoids are commonly experienced by men, specially those who loves eating spicy food. Although spicy food is not the cause of almoranas but eating too much spicy food can cause your almoranas to swell more.

In a basin, pour hot water. Test it yourself and mix it with warm water to make the water temperature tolerable to you.. the water should be hot enough but not hot enough to hurt your skin.
Sit on the basin, exposing your bare buttocks on the hot water. Sit there for about 5 minutes.
Do this 3 times for a week and you will notice that the inflammation is cured.

Arts and Crafts and Doughnut Design Challenge at One Serendra

The kids had a chance with doughnut and clay last Sunday at One Serendra. They had an afternoon of fun and fun and fun.. Moms from Filipina Bloggers United were also there and so I had so much fun ctaching up with them 🙂

After the kids finisheed their doughnut, they made cute little Mario Brothers mushroom from clay. I did not had the chance to take photos because we’re all busy helping the kids.. but it was fun.

Then we had a sumptous meal which the kids enjoyed too. and while we were waiting for the clay to hardened.. we had a chance for some photo ops with the moms and the kids.

We also had fun touring the One Serendra model units and learning about the amenities of the place.

Fireplace Option

I have never been to a house with a fireplace. I have been to Baguio, the closest place where fireplace would be available but never stayed in a house or hotel that has one. I wonder if they use real logs or use fireplace inserts instead.

They say there are vacation houses at Tagaytay that has fireplace but I am not sure. If ever I will have a house in Baguio or in Tagaytay, I’ll get fireplace inserts instead of using real log. I think it is safer.
