School year is about to start on our side of the planet. We’re still living in the Philippine naman but our school year starts July. First day of school is on July 12 and we only have next week to prepare for all school related stuff/ activities. US Potatoes Is The Best Baon

First on the menu, #KuripotMoves ni mommy. USAPANG BAON. Imagine gaano kagastos ang 4 kids. While my two older boys refuse to baon lunch, I think I might convince them to bring snacks. US Potatoes Pastillas Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup mashed US fresh potatoes
1 cup powder skim milk
1/4 cup white sugar

Super easy preparation:

Mix well the mashed US Potatoes and skim milk.
Take a spoon of the mixture and form into a ball then roll to form the pastillas shape.
Refrigerate for an hour (or the whole night)
Roll in sugar before serving.

We’re going to Bagui tomorrow! And as my boys started packing their stuff (using my travel essentials list), 2nd born said he does not have any pants. Aruuy maliit na daw sa kanya ang mga pants nya. So we tried COTTON ON since maganda din ang fit ng cotton on sa skinny kids. Biggest size is 8! Nyek. No choice but GAP, araay sabi ng bulsa ko!

I checked the price tag, 1999.00 Pesos! Nyek. But I have no choice naman di ba. So sya, magsukat ka na iho.

Mabagal sya magbihis, bagong tuli eh. I told him I will just wait at the cashier and will pay for the pants while he’s putting his pants back.

And then BOOM! So I asked, “Does it have to be GAP? Or any brand?” ANY po basta JEANS.

ANY BRAND NG JEANS PWEDE!!

Make Brushing More Fun With Minions!

Parenting is not an easy job, especially if you have five kids. Imagine every child is different from each other- the needs, the attitude, and the way of motivation. It is like a daily battle, chiefly for a mom like me. Let’s leave the finances for the other half, but whether moms like it or not, the kids are one of our duties.

Brushing alone is a huge responsibility for everyone, and I am very strict when it comes to this chore. I make sure that the kids always brush their teeth every morning and before bedtime and every after a meal. I must admit, it is hard, super duper hard! Specially for the younger kids.
