Little Tikes Philippines Showroom

A few weeks ago, I saw my little girl playing with the storage cabinet’s door.. she’s doing play pretend, the cabinet’s door to be the door of her play house.. She’s a very playful and imaginative girl, but you see, I really have a hard time buying toys for her. Having 5 boys in the family (3 from me and 2 nephews) I am so used to buying toys for the boys, I can even do it with closed eyes.. and when I see her playing bahay-bahayan with the cabinet door, I knew she really needs a playhouse. Her Ninang Kaye gave her a tent and she really enjoyed playing with it.. but she won’t stop playing with the cabinet’s door..

My eyes were fixed on buying a playhouse in Walmart, a lot cheaper compare to the play houses being sold here but when I learned how much the shipping will cost me, I have to look for a local seller.. then I saw Little Tikes Philippines at Sulit and was surprised to learned that they are having a sale!

And based on my computation, the price on Little Tikes Philippines is almost the same as the one in Walmart, considering the tax and shipping fee.. so last week, off we went to Little Tikes Showroom at Pasong Tamo. I learned that their showroom in Shaw Blvd is under renovation.

If the kids were with us during that time, I am pretty sure they wouldn’t want to leave the place 🙂

Are You Watching Budoy?

I cannot deny the fact that Budoy is really making an impact in almost every household who watches it. Personally, as I watch the show, there are times that I irked on some scenes, specially when Budoy shows a very cheerful character… but who I am to judge right? I never had Psychiatrist Jobs before and I don’t even have an experience with a mentally challenged child. I know that the show’s goal is to bring awareness to people about this kind of condition.. and it also aims to teach others how to treat people suffering from that kind of condition should be treated..

As much as I enjoy some scenes and even cry in most scenes, I still feel that there is something wrong with that show..oh well I have to read more about retardation and watch the show carefully. But I do hope, that the show won’t have a negative impact on people or kids suffering from that kind of condition.

Chico and Sati says “Baby Me”

Though 1 year and 6 months apart, they act like twins most of the times.. with my kids, it’s like that, my two older boys gets along together really well (together with their cousin who is almost the same age as them).. on the other hand, the two youngest are like partners (and sometimes they’re trio with my other nephew who is the same age as Chico)..

Even when it comes to picture taking and outfit of the day photo ops, my two older boys with their cousin looks really good together, while Sati and Chico are just adorable as a pair.. and with that, I did not hesitate to say yes when I was asked to feature a line of children’s clothing.. BABY ME

Baby Me send us 2 pretty dress for my little girl. and 2 polo shirt and shorts terno for my 3 year old.

The clothes fits them perfectly and obviously, they love wearing it.. the clothes were made of light weight material.. specially the green flowery dress, preskong presko 🙂

Baby Me is a line of clothing that serves infants to toddler category which is 1-3 years old. Most of the clothes are for girls but they do carry clothes for boys too, as you can see Chico’s wearing two of their polo shirts and shorts terno. Baby Me uses both knitted and woven fabrics, thus giving us option to chose between the more breathable knitted wears and dressy or formal woven fabrics. And they make sure that the woven materials are made of good cotton materials, processed and washed properly giving it a soft feel.

Baby Me has been around since 2003 and exclusively sold in SM Department Stores nationwide. Baby Me was supposed to be Baby and Me, when Mrs. Tessie Sy-Coson suggested to drop the “and” leaving a shorter, and totally different meaning- Baby Me. Like a toddler telling his or her mom to ‘baby me’!
