Last Mega Sale, I bought our bed linen from Royal Linens at 20% off. The Queen set includes 2 pillow case, 1 bed sheet and one duvet cover for PhP 3040. I bought another set (2 cases) of pillow case as accent (maroon one) for PhP 640. Here’s the look of my bed (I still need a case for my Dunlopillo bolster):

Duvet filler from Royal Linens is 3600 (discounted price), maharlika! But it’s100% microfibre naman. I found a duvet filler (kaso pang king lang) from Canadian Bed for PhP 1800.. mura di ba? though not 100% microfibre, OK na din. Some brands kase offer a polyester duvet filler at PhP2000+. Sulit buy na ang nasa Canadian.

For my kids, I got them character pillow cases from Canadian Bed din. Barbie pillow case for Sati at PhP 390 per set (2 cases). Naka sale yan kaya ganyan kamura… regular price is PhP 700+. For my boys, I bought NBA bedding set from Canadian din. PhP 1050 for double set which includes flat sheet and 2 pillow case. Balak ko, since their bed is 30″ lang naman, hatiin ung flat sheet.

I only bought a set each for our beds… nag aantay din ako ng sale pa.. I heard, aside from the one happening right now at SM Home, there will be a Megatrade sale on bed linen this November. Syempre I am going to keep you posted about.

We’ll be moving really really soon! Eto na talaga yun.. but as I close one box after the other, hindi ko pa rin masyado ma feel..

Pero kanina, while trying out the curtains.. bigla akong napaiyak.. biglang nag sink sa akin lahat. ITO NA TALAGA!!! MAY BAHAY NA TALAGA KAME!!

About the curtains…

We got ours (I’ll post a photo tomorrow) from Divisoria. Etong laki ng tyan kong to, naka Divi pa ako no? Hindi naman ganun… Wala talaga ako balak sumugod sa Divisoria to buy curtains. I was just browsing for Divisoria curtains prices when I came across Curtains Divisoria Facebook page. I added the owner and she replied within the day. Naku business owners, take note! Be online always.. ang mga costumers, sa internet na makikita at sila na ang hahanap sa inyo.

Ate Gina (owner of Gina’s Curtains/ Curtains Divisoria Page) is very accomodating.. lahat ng tanong ko, sagot sya agad and their curtains were priced reasonably! In short, mura ang kurtina ni ate Gina!

After a few PM exchanges, husband and I went to Divisoria, found their stalls inside 999 Mall, choose from the designs available.. bought our curtains and curtain rods and we’re done in less than 3 hours. WHAT?!? Divisoria in less than 3 hours?!? RECORD BREAKER yan!

Magkano ang kurtina sa Divisoria? 

A panel of 90 (lenght) by 60 (more or less) inches curtain is around 300-350. Depende yan sa tela pero yang mga tela na yan magagandang klase na at makakapal na. Mas mahal ang may design na bongga at mas makapal, ang iba umaabot ng 800-1000 pesos per panel. For linens or lace like curtains the price is the same.

May tinda ding curtain rods si Ate Gina kaya doon na rin kame namili. May wood like siya, may gold na curtain rods at mga silver na curtain rods din. Price of wood like curtain rods starst at 220 PhP, mas mahaba, mas mahal syempre.

Where to find ate Gina’s Curtains in Divisoria?

It’s inside 999 Mall, 3rd floor, sa Pasillo 3H-11 at 3P- 17. Magkatabi lang yan at malapit sa food court. Madaling hanapin lang ang tindahan ni ate Gina.

at habang nag iikot kame sa Ever Ortigas na soon to be SM (may Toy Kingdom na sa loob! and in fair, the rest room e SM level na), napadaan kame sa AbensonAbenso..

This is the best part of having a new house, ang sarap magtingin ng new appliances! (kahit hindi pa swak sa budge). Interesado ako sa ref, two door na bongga sa laki or side by side na hindi masyadong bongga sa presyo. We need a bigger ref sooner eh. Malayo ang tindahan sa bahay.. so it’s either, humanap ako ng runner muchacha or mag stock ako ng maraming foodang. Bigger ref is cheaper to maintain than a runner house help hehehe

Nakakaloka ang new promo nilang Shop Now, Pay in 2016. IN essence, pag nag appliances shopping spree ka today, and first due mo ay 3 months after pa.. and it’s good for up to 12 months installment! TEMPTING!!!!

Gusto ko ng i-swipe and card at bilhin lahat ng pwedeng mabili… pero may listahan pala ng credit card na pasok sa banga, este sa scheme, err sa promo na to:

• BPI Express
• Citi
• RCBC
• PNB

Madami pang iba pero hindi ko na maaninag ang mga credit cards sa photo sa taas.. the point is.. dalawang card lang ang hindi pwede! At ung dalawang card na un lang ang pwede kong gamitin!
