Mommy Moments- Yummy YumYum!
Another Mommy Moments day.. and we are talking about FOODS!!! My kids are not picky eaters. Look at the photo below, yup, they’re eating taro leaves in coconut milk or LAING for us. The say it looks like poopoo but they like it. They eat veggies, they eat meat, they eat anything. They never liked dry foods though. Let them choose between sauted vegetable and hotdog and they would gladly choose veggies. Their favorite dish is anything that Mommy prepared.. LOL.. seriously, they like sinigangs, kare kare and the likes, tinola, which basically the foods I prepared.. LOL

Another reason is that I did not exposed them to junk foods (that’s what I call frozen goods and instant foods) at an early stage. My kids only learned to eat those when they were more than a year old and two for my first born. I also never allowed them to dink soft drinks and limits their flavored drinks intake (like iced tea or juices). But kids are kids, and they can’t say NO to ice cream or donuts.. hihi
if you wanna know how to prepare those dishes, watch out for my recipe blog soon.. hihi
Mommy Moments- Sporty Baby
This week’s theme for Mommy Moments is Sporty Kids.. I can’t find any photos of the kids being sporty. I was really thinking of sports like basketball and the likes and since I can’t find one, maybe a Chico racer will do:

Yeah, you have seen that photo before.. it’s my dream toy for the boys… and somebody gave in to my whims.. nyahaha..
Teaching Sports to your kids is a good way to bond with them. It is also a fun way to spend time with them and know your kids better. Learning sports is very important and very beneficial specially if you teach them at an early age. It helps their physical and emotional development and builds their self esteem. Another good thing about sports is, they are able to interact with other kids. Emotionally, socially and physically, teaching sports is one of our best bud.
