And for some tales.. about Sati of course.. and more photos of her. Last Monday was my prenatal check up. My OB knew how I wanted to get over it as soon as I can or as Sati is ready. She says that if Sati is way down on Saturday (November 7) she will induce me and get over it fast (nyahaha). It so happens that on Saturday, Sati is still up there (you know what I mean..), but I am already having contractions then. So instead of admitting (inducing)me on Saturday night, she says I can come back Sunday morning.

Sunday and I was a bit hesitant, I was scared suddenly.. but since I can’t wait for this moment, we head on to the hospital (which is 1 hour away from us). She induced me around 11 am and the contractions begins. The contraction was 2 to 5 minutes apart already but I am not yet fully dilated (10cm). The pain escalates every time it contracts.. and around 12, I can’t take it any longer. I feel like I need to poopoo.. and it’s a painful sign that the baby is coming out.

Around 12: 20, I was already screaming. My OB is attending another patient who is about to give birth too. She came out of the delivery room and attended my case, I was fully dilated then. From the OB ward to the delivery room (which is less than 3 meters apart), I was screaming, this time louder, ” she’s coming out! she’s coming out! I can’t take it any longer, she’s coming out!”. Indeed she was already pushing down. I should breathe through my mouth to prevent her from coming out that soon. She was so ready to go and I knew (although I am already groggy then) that the people around me are doing everything to put me on the delivery table (and clean Sati’s way) as fast as they can. I remember clearly that after they transferred me to the table and right after cleaning her way, she was pushing out. I think it only took a push and she is out. It was painful but it was fast.. as in.. with the boys, I labor for 6 hours. I woke up after 4 hours and saw Sati around 5 PM.

How does it feel? Confusing, kinda, I was so used on having boys that I call her handsome (pogi) the first few minutes.. nyahaha.. but now of course, she is our princess and as pretty as Mommy, er, prettier than Mommy.
