Don’t you just love tomatoes? This was taken form my mother’s small veggie garden. I like tomatoes but I try not to eat it raw, not for any scientific reason, I just don’t like it raw. Although I love it in my green mango salads and tacos, only if it sliced thinly and very small. I cannot stand the juice or the sound it creates when you bite into its chunky pieces.. cringe.. I do love using it as a base of our dishes. Commonly, as it is in almost every Filipino dishes, tomato is a must. So it is just practical to have some on your garden.
