What is it that you love about clothes?
You know what I love most about clothes? Yung it makes people around you feel more comfortable towards you. I am a people person so socializing is very important to me. So it is important to me that I present myself as someone that is approachable.
In jeans and shirts? Pwede naman, but I am also very particular of what type of clothes I wear for a certain occasion:

These are the type of clothes I am most comfortable and confident. How so? As I have mentioned I am a people person so it is very important to me how people perceive me. I represent myself by wearing what I think is the right clothes for the right occasion. I see my clothes as my armor to the world. Wearing something that I love gives me the feeling that I can do everything.

When it comes to #FashionCare, here are some tips from a mom of 5 kids:
- Keep your clothes simple, elegant and with a classic look. Invest in clothes that can last longer. A pair of good jeans and polo is a good start.
- Don’t be afraid to wear a dress. There are many dresses out there, just look for the perfect dress that fits you.
- And if you find the right fit, buy at least 3, in different colors.
- NEVER store your clothes dirty. Always clean before storing.
- Always read the label and the washing/cleaning instructions included.

The other thing is that I should buy more than one when they do fit right. And sometimes I forget to do that. I have a favorite pair pants I wish I bought five pairs of because I wear them so often they disintegrated on me.

If I am comfortable with what I am wearing, I feel more confident. Dresses just aren’t in my personality. Just my thoughts though. You do look fantastic in those outfits.

Wapakels sa people around me. LOL So true mommy Pehpot! Since I had a baby girl, my appreciation for clothes changed! I never had girly/floral nor pink clothes before I had her. Now, I’m drawn to girly stuff na and I like wearing them. 🙂 I also avoid criticizing my self or body whenever she’s around so that I will be a good example when it comes to body-image.

But I learned my lesson the hard way. Anyway, I am not careful with our clothes. It is awesome as well that technology and innovation are there to help us take care of our possessions, clothes included. Good thing Electrolux makes research and introduce washers that are truly a cut above the rest.

I’m not fond of wearing dresses unless there is special occasion. I’m more like the slacks & blouse kind of woman. Actually, my cabinet is 80% workout clothes and 20% others! hahaha! Yung others ay kapag may party talaga na pupuntahan. Maybe when my preschooler gets older, I can dress up again. It feels awkward to bend over or run whenever I need to chase her while we are in the mall.
