This is my current food fixation. Peanut butter and strawberry jam in Pandesal. My morning is not complete without this combo. Now the perfect peanut butter for this combo is the one from Pan de Manila, not just any other peanut butter, only from Pan de Manila. For strawberry jam, any will do. If you really want to know why Pan de Manila’s peanut butter is the perfect match for this, well the peanut butter is not sweet. As you know, strawberry jam is too sweet and if you pair it with another peanut butter with a sweet taste, that Is not good. Try it.. it’s heaven..yum!
