I have been experiencing terrible impertinent connection and slow connection with our Globelines broadband connection. I have been trying to reach their costumer care to no avail. No avail means their costumer care number is ALWAYS busy!!

I am pretty sure you are familiar with the SOP of this costumer care numbers.. press 1 if you want the instruction in English, press 2 if you want it in taglish, and press your nose to kill yourself. DAMN!
Once I am in, I would wait for all their promos and songs to end to listen for the menu.. and since I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR 3 STRAIGHT DAYS NOW (walang palya!), I already memorized and jot down the menu..
SO after dialling 171, I would simply dial:
1 (English)
4 (for my broadband and Internet problem and other technical concerns)
1 ( Metro Manila subscriber)
0 (to talk to a technical support representative)
After which: Please wait while I connect you to out technical support representative…

if you are new to them, you would think that shortly means, uh, well, shortly.. but NO! It means that you have to finish the call and blog how pissed you are then dial again. I tried waiting for a representative, tolerated their music.. and so on and son. Naubos na din kulangot ko, pati kili kili ko kalbo na, lahat ng split ends ko nabiyak ko na, pero ineng, wala pa din!!
This has been happenning for the past three days..
