Meeting Seiko

It was early last year when our path crossed. I can’t remember exactly what happened but we lost contact along the way, then we found each other again. She was one of the first to become Sati’s ninang, that was last year, around this time too. And now, finally, they met.

That’s inside their hotel room. Sati was in a good mood when we arrived, must be because she was feeding the whole time we were traveling.

That’s while we were eating, when Sati met Misaki, she was not in a good mood (she was already sleepy) but after some nap, Misaki was able to carry her without Sati crying. It was nice to see them together. Even Sati admires the beauty of Misaki (the photo look as if they were doing some girly talk no)

And that’s us, and look how old I look compare to my young Kumare, hehe..

Yup this is a backdated post, June 12 was really hectic.. and after meeting Seiko, we had to rush back home to fetch Fedhz, then have our face done by Karen of Brushes By Karen Lou (excuse the mess on her site, it’s still under construction) and then off we went to Alabang for Misaki’s wedding…

The Restaurant

When my sister started dreaming about her own restaurant, I was sure she can do it. She knows how to run a business, she knows where to look for restaurant supplies, and she knows how food are managed. I believe that one of the key to having a successful restaurant or food establishment is having the best supplies you can get. If you think that restaurant supplies is all about the big machines and equipments you see on big restaurants, think again. Restaurant supplies can be as small as toothpick to as big as burger maker. Plates, mugs, spoon and fork are all supplies intended for restaurant use. Imagine if you have a low quality of drinking glass, imagine what will happen if your costumer sees a crack on it. It can put your business into jeopardy.

There are so many incidents where in the name of the restaurant was put to shame because of the low quality of the supplies they use. One experience I could not forget was when we eat in this this food establishments and their plates are chipped off. It really made me think, if this restaurant are not taking care their plates, what more on their food? A low quality supply can really put a customer off. How about when you are in a bar, would you drink your margarita in a broken glass? Of course not. That is why, bar owners should be more conscious on the bar equipment they use. Bar equipments are the things you used or products you use in your bar. This can be the clamps for serving ice, stools, towels, glasses and yes even toothpick you used to decorate your tall drinks.

My sister made sure that her equipments are of the best quality. She knows that it will be her edge on other restaurants on the area.

Working As A Call Center Agent

No, I did not experience working as a call center agent but I hear a lot of stories. Their lifestyles aside, I have high regards for people working in the call center industry. Imagine that they have to go through a lot of calls everyday and we know not all of those calls are a good one. I remember last year when our Internet provider was giving me a head ache, I used to call on their costumer support. After some irate calls, it dawned to me how difficult life in the industry can be. Agents must have bought all the patience in the world. Of course, the industry wouldn’t be successful without this kind of attitude from the agents.

Business outsourcing is an industry where extensive expertise in the outbound call center is needed. You should look for companies that can provide you the best costumer support for your costumers. Outbound call center is a type of call center where in the agent make outbound calls to the costume. The service included here is telemarketing, fund raising calls and even surveys and updates on contact list. Another business outsourcing product is direct mail company, this is where all the mailing jobs of a company are well taken care off. It can be a postcard, an invitation, account statements or even product catalog.
