- In a basin, pour hot water. Test it yourself and mix it with warm water to make the water temperature tolerable to you.. the water should be hot enough but not hot enough to hurt your skin.
- Sit on the basin, exposing your bare buttocks on the hot water. Sit there for about 5 minutes.
- Do this 3 times for a week and you will notice that the inflammation is cured.
