I have been seeing C-Lium from the reality show The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition.. been wanting to buy one and give it a try. So when asked if I can give C-lium a try, I did not hesitate. Last week, these goodies arrived at my doorstep:
Let’s start with C-Lium Fibre.. as I have mentioned I really want to try this product.
Facts about C-Lium FIBRE
C-Lium FIBRE is made from 100% pure psyllium fibre plant material. It helps eliminate constipation, promotes regular bowel movement and assists in removing waste and toxins from the colon and intestines. It is also a natural fat absorber which aids weight and blood sugar management. C-Lium FIBRE helps lower cholesterol level which may reduce the risk of heart disease.
C-Lium FIBRE has no additives, no preservatives, no artificial color, flavor or sweeteners. It is cholesterol, yeast and gluten free.
How To Use C-Lium FIBRE
Take once daily ideally 30 minutes before breakfast. Stir one tablespoon in a half glass of water (or juice) then drink. Drink another glass of water after intake. You can adjust the dosage depending on your fibre need.
My Expereince with C-LIUM FIBRE
My initial reaction when I received this is to check if it is safe for me.. for those of you who does not know, I am still breastfeeding my baby girl. There’s nothing on the packaging that says about breastfeeding and since this one is organic I assume that it is safe for me.. some more research and I am totally convinced that it is safe for breastfeeding moms. Now this can be the perfect product for me. I can manage my weight without having to stop breastfeeding.
I have been taking C-Lium FIBRE for almost a week now. I haven’t noticed anything yet on my weight or on my body size (I guess I’ll have to buy a weighing scale for this) but I did noticed a difference on my bowel movement. From time to time I experienced a hard time pooping and it hurts when this happens.. since I started taking C-Lium FIBRE I noticed that pooping is a lot easier.. I will be a bit brutal.. mas maluwag ang pagtae ko since I used this product. I also noticed the difference on my poop.. it’s larger but softer.. seems like a proof that the FIBRE is really removing waste and toxins from my body.
In the coming days I will try to record my weight and also start to add some serious weight loss activity.. like running and ding zumba. I’ll keep you posted how C-Lium will help me along the way.
Oh by the way, this is how C-Lium FIBRE looks after stirring.. and oh you must take it right after stirring or else you’ll have a hard time swallowing it.. it turns into a sticky mixture in a matter of seconds. Trust me. It does not have a taste but you can feel the texture of the Fibre as you take it.

I have been trying to lose weight for a time now.. not for vanity reason because I am in love with myself.. but for health reasons.. been having difficulties breathing at night and I noticed that my feet hurts a lot specially when I walk.. a proof that my feet is now having a hard time carrying my weight.. It’s hard to lose weight specially on my case since I am breastfeeding.. you need to eat and eat in order to produce milk and with my part time job, I have more time sitting and less time doing some exercise. I have trying really hard lately and I think with the help of C-Lium FIBRE I can make this happen.

The Hubby has been drinking that for some time now at sabi nga niya, talagang regular ang bowel movement niya. He also runs when he can at maganda na ang katawan niya ngayon. He keeps raving the product to me pero it just occur to me now na baka ganun kasi gusto rin niyang i try ko. Hahaha!
I will give it a shot.
By the way, hubby buys his 1kg pack from a PX store and it costs P750.

Hi Peh! I’ve heard na about C-Lium Fiber many times before pero I haven’t tried it yet, although gusto ko nga sana but I’m just worried about its taste…but when I read in your review that it doesn’t have a taste, I think i’ll be buying na 🙂

haven’t tried combining it sa juice.. it’s not totally walang lasa but you know it’s not also lasang darak like most fiber drinks do.. pero un lang talaga it’s the texture that will get you..

HI. Its ok to take C-lium while you breastfeed. It does not affect lactation and is safe since its natural. However, C-lium is powerful in flushing out toxins and fats from the body to help you look and feel young (i.e. lowers cholesterol, blood sugar levels and weight). C-lium is made of psyllium husk which expands in water, then the toxins and fats binds in it as it forms as a soft bulk. This is then flushed out of the system. To make sure you get the most effect of your medicines and vitamins, be sure to space C-lium intake 2-3 hours before or after.

wala naman po pero if you’re under medication, give at least 2 hours para ma absorb ng tyan nyo ung gamot na iniinom mo before ka mag C=lium.. gaya ko naka pills ako.. sa umaga iinom ako ng pills then after 3 hours tsaka ang ako mag te take ng Clium 🙂

I have finished 1 bottle (to be mixed with water) and now about to complete one bottle of capsule.
Why am I taking it? My bad chole is slightly high. Total chole ratio though is ok. After a week of taking it, there was a slight improvement. I have not had the time to have my chole check again. Will update you once I have done it.
I tire easily in the past, now, I feel better. I can walk up the MRT Stairs – Magallanes, without gasping for air nor feel so tired after. If you take senna, this is way better as I was told.
I also take hot lemon water first thing in the morning, 30 mins. after, I take c-lium fibre. I eat healthier now too. I drink another cup of hot lemon water in the evening. I may not have a good abs, but my tummy is now smaller.

Same here, sis. I am what they call obese. I have difficulty in breathing and long walks makes me feel tired. Most of my time is sitting and little movements for house chores. 🙁

hi po.. im taking c-lium fibre for 3 days 1 sachet every morning 30 mins before breakfast and still im not getting my bowel movement… i’ll drink a lot of water.. lagi nga akong busog dahil sa water pero hindi pa rin ako nakakapag poop for 3 days!

Hi! C-lium does really work wonders for me. Before, I sometimes had difficulty pooping. Every other day po ako magbawas. But when I started taking C-lium, I can poop everyday. 🙂 Huwag lang talagang kalimutang uminom ng tubig palagi. I experienced taking C-lium one day and didn’t drink enough water, hindi talaga ako nakapag bawas the next day. I think the husk inside the body should always be immersed in water kasi pag kulang ng tubig, mag je-jelly siya sa loob; that’s why hindi siya effective pag kulang ng tubig.

mahirap talag mag lose weight when you’re breastfeeding.. the key is to eat 4x a day with a complete. What’s a complete meal? 1/2 of your plate should be veggies, 1/4 protein and 1/4 carbohydrates. Ako kase I don’t eat veggies, so ang ginagawa ko is veggies smoothie (4 leaves rommaine lettuce, 1 small carrot, one small banana, 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 glass water) then I eat 1/4 bread for carbohydrates 🙂 gawin mo yan every four hours then Clium every morning and metafit once or twice a day 🙂

hello moms out there! I am 4weeks pregnant and I am having problems with my bowel movement. It is really so hard to poop even if I do not ate too much. I wonder if this C-lium fibre could help me? is this product suitable for conceiving moms? I have read that this is organic so I wonder if I could use it but I am just afraid that it might cause problems to the baby in my womb?

yes it is suitable for pregnant women.. just do not take this together with your vitamins. If you drink your vitamins in the morning, drink this at night time.. also make sure that you drink at least 8 glasses of water when you take clium.
