We we’re discussing about this a few days ago. Top speed on top of our discussion and how top speed is not that really useful here in the Philippines because of our speed limit. Not unless of course you’re a race car driver. But on ordinary days, you are just an ordinary person, looking for a car that can be used on ordinary days. Tama naman di ba?
So what are the considerations when buying a car?
Number 1 is fuel economy, with the traffic situation here in our country! You need a car that consumes less fuel specially in city driving.
Of course, there’s maintenance, availability and price of car parts and yes insurance.
In terms of appearance, size, color, leg space are some of the considerations too.
When we bought our Innova, we considered not just the size but ease of boarding, hence we got the V, which has captain seat at 2nd row. Of course we got the diesel one for fuel economy.
If you’re planning to buy a car, it also helps to really get to know each brand di ba? And with#100DaysofAwesome Metrobank Car Fair, you don’t have to visit each and every car company in the Philippines just to have a “feel” of your car to be. Representatives from the different dealers (check out the poster above for the list of car companies present during the show) will be present to answer any query regarding specifications and features of the cars.
Metrobank representatives will also be in the event to assist individuals to answer any questions with regard to the details of the loan promo, and provide guidance on the processing of applications.

June 6, 2016 at 9:08 pmWe are not looking at getting a new car this year. Maybe in 2 years of so, we would. I agree that going to a car fair would be the best way to learn more about the vehicle we intend to purchase. Personally, I prefer larger vehicles because leg room is important for me.
