Minimize Aging Skin Problems With These Simple Tricks

None of us can stop the natural aging process. Not to mention our current lifestyle and living environment that significantly affects our skin to age prematurely. According to skin experts, one may start to see signs of aging skin problems during their 30s. While most of us have an arsenal of anti-aging lotions, serums, and creams to make our skin glow, it is still best to use some natural ways to slow down the aging process and naturally fight fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots. Below I have listed some useful tips to fight skin aging.

Include green tea on your diet

Green tea is famous for being a useful alternative for weight loss. However, green tea is also rich in EGCG, an antioxidant that boosts cell turnover and fights skin problems. For example, green tea’s EGCG reduces sebum excretions in the skin, thus slowing the development of skin acne. And some researchers even proves that some beauty products that include green tea extracts in their cosmetic formulations have better moisturizing effects.
