Macaroni Salad with Ham Recipe
Aside from getting a premium ham, the secret to a really tasty macaroni salad is fresh ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack macaroni salad pasta (around 400 grams)
- Mekeni All Seasons Premium Ham (I used half)
- mayonnaise (1/2 cup to 1 cup)
- 2 tables spoon condensed milk
- 1/2 cup carrots diced (small)
- 1/4 cup celery stalks (diced)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1/2 cup cheese diced
- 1/4 cup pasas (optional)
What did with Mekeni All Seasons Premium Ham is sliced it into 1/4 inch thick and then reheat it in the oven, you can also fry it but make sure to wipe the excess oil with kitchen towel.
Cook the macaroni pasta according to the packaging. When cooked, give the pasta a cold to stop it from cooking and also to cool it down faster.
When macaroni pasta is cooked, toss in all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate and enjoy! We sometimes add apples before serving or romaine lettuce on the side.
