Ingredients:

1 cup mashed US fresh potatoes
1 cup powder skim milk
1/4 cup white sugar

Super easy preparation:

Mix well the mashed US Potatoes and skim milk.
Take a spoon of the mixture and form into a ball then roll to form the pastillas shape.
Refrigerate for an hour (or the whole night)
Roll in sugar before serving.
