Lady’s Choice REAL Mayonnaise Scrambulicious For Breakfast

Dear Lady’s Choice,

The last time we met, you made me do Macaroni Salad.. I bought our first bottle of the week and it came with macaroni pasta, our next bottle came with pineapple chunks on it. What can I do but make macaroni salad 🙂 and the kids loved it so much!

Now you send me a gift pack with our favorite goodies on it and asked me to try Scrumbulicious, well why not? we love eggs and we love Lady’s Choice REAL Mayonnaise!

It’s very different from the usual scrambled eggs that we eat! It tastes so different and yummier too! I think for now, this will be our egg dish every breakfast 🙂

                                    Love,

Mommy Pehpot

P.S.

Thank you so much for this:

and oh for our friends out there, here’s the Lady’s Choice REAL Mayonnaise Scrambulicious Recipe:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 4 tbsp Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 2tbsp cooking oil
Procedure:
  1. Beat the eggs, salt and pepper until frothy
  2. In another bowl, put Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise. Slowly pour the beaten eggs while whisking the mixture tgether until well blended.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan. Add the beating eggs. Keep on stirring, do not overcook.

I think I overcooked it a bit.. but I will try it again this week and see how it will go..

What New 2012?

There something big that will happen this year.. and I am not that excited about it.. to mask it off, I made a drastic move.. initially I want it to be curly, but I can’t.. maybe ten years from now, in time for another BIG thing that is about to happen.

So what’s new?

Here:

from wearing black hair for almost 10 years.. I had it colored again. The first time was in 2001 🙂 such a long time.. My hair color back then was mahogany. This time I asked for medium ash blonde and here’s what I got.. my hair’s not that easy to work with as you  can see there are strands that are darker and there are parts that are lighter.

My hair is black and shiny and smooth which makes it harder.. but I love the compliments I got while I was in the salon.. the stylist kept asking if I had it rebonded before or if I am using conditioner..it feels good to know that even though my hair is wash and wear it still feels smooth and not dry 🙂

Pogs To The Rescue!

I was in the bathroom when my second son called and asked me to see what is written on the rubber mat..initially, my mind went on like, WHAT!?! he wrote on the rubber mat?!? but then again, I am not the type of mom who over reacts without seeing what he did. So I told him, I’ll just finish what I am doing and I’ll see what he wrote on the rubber mat..

When I went to their play area ( a space in our living room covered with rubber mat) I just saw pogs* scattered on the floor..

at first I can’t figure out what is written or what was he trying to say using the pogs, then I turn around and I saw this:

Can you tell what is written?

And that just made my Sunday morning.. I feel so loved as a mother 🙂 made me smile the whole day and almost forgot that I need to read the results of my ct scan placed on my devised medication cart (we have a small cart where most of the medical results are placed as well as the kids medicine).

*Pogs is the game that we used to play in the 90’s popularized by Coke. To play this game you need to collect discs which are called pogs. The pogs/discs are placed like a tower and players will have to hit it with a special pogs (harder than the rest, usually made of plastics where pogs are made of paper).. all that went down the tower will be given to the player who hit it.. I can’t remember what the special pogs is called.

If my memory serves me right, Coke issue pogs and you can have it in exchange of Coke crowns.. good thing my lola owns a sari sari store, we almost had an unlimited supply of Coke crowns 🙂

Now pogs can be bought everywhere 🙂 in different designs too.
