In a basin, pour hot water. Test it yourself and mix it with warm water to make the water temperature tolerable to you.. the water should be hot enough but not hot enough to hurt your skin.
Sit on the basin, exposing your bare buttocks on the hot water. Sit there for about 5 minutes.
Do this 3 times for a week and you will notice that the inflammation is cured.

This month is a very busy month for me, my kids and well, all the moms out there. It’s Buwan Ng Wika! sya ako ay mag tatagalog muna…

Ang Agosto ay dineklara ni Pangulong Fidel V. Ramos bilang Pambansang Buwan ng Wika. Ayon sa kasaysayan ang Linggo ng Wika ay nauna nang itinalaga sa petsang mula ika-27 ng Marso hanggang ika-2 ng Abril ni Pangulong Sergio Osmeña. Nabago ito ng magkaroon ng proklamasyon si Pangulong Ramon Magsaysay. Ang pagdiriwang ay tinalaga sa petsang mula ika-13 hanggang ika-19 ng Mayo. Sa pagbabagong ito naging impossible para sa mga mag- aaral at guro na makisali sa selebrasyon ng Linggo ng Wika.

Ang pagtatakda ng Linggo ng Wika sa buwan ng Agosto ay tinalaga ni Pangulong Corazon Aquino. Ito ay ipinagdiriwang mula ika-13 hanggang ika19 ng Agosto taon taon. Ito din ay ginaganap sa buwan ng Agosto bilang pagpupugay sa kaarawan ng Ama ng Wikang Pambansa na si Manuel L. Quezon.

Ang Linggo ng Wika at Buwan ng Wika sa kasalukuyan ay opisyal na pagdiriwang sa bansa at nakatala sa listahan ng mga kultural na pagdiriwang.

Ano- ano ang mga karaniwang ginagawa tuwing Linggo ng Wika?

Sa mga paaralan ito ay ipinagdriwang sa pamamagitan ng mga paligsahan gaya nga paligsahan sa Sabayang Pagbikas, paligsahan sa paggawa ng slogan at iba pa. Ang mga mag -aaral ay pumaparada na nakasuot ng mga damit Filipino gaya ng Barong Tagalog para sa lalaki at Baro’t Saya naman sa babae.

Kadalasan ang mga paaralan ay nagsasagawa din ng paligsahan sa pagsasayaw ng mga kultural na sayaw gaya ng Tinikling at Pandango sa Ilaw. Isa sa mga pamosong kanta naman na ginagamit ng mga mag-aaral ay ang kantang Mamang Sorbetero habang nakasuot ng damit na kamesa de Tsino at nakasuot ng sumbrero.

Sa paaralan ng aking anak, sila ay karaniwan ng pinag susuot ng mga damit pang Bayani. Ang bawat mag -aaral ay nagdadamit Jose Rizal o kaya naman ay Andres Bonifacio. Sila din ay gumagawa ng Akronim para sa Buwan ng Wika.
