I chose Mickey Mouse as my entry for this week because of the touching story behind it. When we had our first baby, we were still struggling then, life is not easy. To put it simply, we were very poor. Our son’s favorite character was Mickey Mouse, for sure almost all kids loved Mickey Mouse. You know why? not because he is that famous, but because of the color combination of his face. Even Chico liked Mickey Mouse. Hubby, who was not very keen on gifts, gave his first son a Mickey pillow mouse. I still can remember hubby’s face when he gave his first ever gift to our first born. It was lit up and he was happy. And when Kayil was older, and daddy became busy at work, he spend his overtime pay for this Mickey Mouse stuff toy. The price of this toy (which is on sale, 50% off) was 900 in PhP. Daddy really worked hard for this. I was really touched and Kayil was very happy with it.

I added this Disney character Lighting from the movie Cars.. my Mico is crazy with this.. I remember one time when we go out to shop for toys. Kayil listed all the toys he wanted and points in every toy he fancies. Mico on the other hand only wants Meter, which is kinda pricey.. I mean, it really is pricey ( why do they have to sell it that much?).. Mico wants nothing, not Mega Blocks, not hot wheels, only Meter,in the end, we gave in.. his smile was ear to ear..

by the way, the cars is a copycat, fake.. only 1ooPhP each LOL
