I had my first color in 2001.. my hair is very manageable, straight and shiny, no need for rebonding and even hot oil. The only treatment it had was the hair color in 2001. Then I turned 30 early this year and felt the need for a change. I colored my hair once again, my almost virgin hair. I love the new hair color and I get a lot of compliments. Azta Urban Salon at Eastwood is nearest to me, so I had my service at the said salon. It was located at Eastwood Citywalk 2, near Cha Time and 7 Eleven.

As I enter the salon, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist Mel and was guided to my seat. As I was wait for the stylist, I was offered a drink (coffee, milk tea etc), of course I had old milk tea 🙂

Mr. Jo, my stylist, was very thorough with my treatment. I asked him what color should I get for my hair and as you can see, he’s busy comparing colors! I love how it turned out and according to him he used 2 colors(medium ash blonde and dark ash blonde, if my memory serves me right) and a bronzer.

After the hair color (which lasted for an hour or so) my hair was in for the STAR TREATMENT: Chihtsai Lycopene Treatment

The Star Treatment lasted for just a few minutes, a nice back massage and the Lycopene was left on my hair for 20 minutes then it was rinsed of. I was told not to wash my hair for 24 hours and to come after a month for retreatment of hair color. I also learned that I can have Lycopene treatment every month. Gloomy Day To Bloomy Day!

Wednesday. raining.. gloomy was an understatement.. but yeah, it was a gloomy day..

but! I made sure it was a BLOOMY DAY for me!

First stop: an event at Toy R Us (Robinson’s Galleria) from one of my favorite PR company and a treat at TGIF! Blog post coming soon.. but it was a really nice event.. we toured inside Toys R Us (parang first timer LOL) and I found a yellow totter! Sati has been asking for a yellow totter and I found one at Toys R Us! And it’s cheaper than Little Tikes!

Next is an unplanned date with my girlfriends at Happy Lemon:

It was an impromptu “date” and it was sooo bitin! Next time, let’s do Serenitea, girls!

After our Happy Lemon, we stopped by at Etude House and though there was no plan to buy another lips cosmetic.. I bought a gloss!

Pink na pink! It was my first time to enter an Etude House and was shocked to know that most of their merchandise was really affordable.

And then I went home to my kids 🙂

Dressing Up and Diamonds

Stylists would say that making a woman’s own fashion statement is not just all about the clothes she wears or the way she carries herself. The kind of accessories she has on, the jewelry she wears also affects her total look.
