Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026

With three of my older kids now having special someones, I knew flowers would be harder to secure this Valentine’s. So we headed to Dangwa Flower Market on February 9 to check Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026 prices ahead of the rush in Manila, Philippines. Vendors told us the ranges we heard will likely climb on February 14 itself—so plan ahead and manage your expectations.

Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026

Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026Price Range

Ecuadorian roses are ₱3,500 per box of 20 (about ₱175 per stem). They’re premium, long-stemmed blooms with big heads, so check length and head size before paying to make sure you’re getting top grade.

Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026

Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026 cheapest bouquet starts at ₱500 and typically includes a few stems with fillers in a simple wrap. Flower used are usually the ordinary ones, do not expect carnation or roses on this price range.

Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026

Sunflower are one of the cheapest option when looking for Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026, priced at 200-300 for 10 stems already. A bouquet will cost less but with fuller look.

Dangwa Flowers Valentines 2026

One stem double petals Stargazer with at least 2-3 flowers starts at ₱280 and a bouquet starts at ₱750 with one stem and fillers. But according to my son this is not a good option because Stargazer flowers doesn’t dried up well.

If you want a fuller rose but not as expensive Ecuadorian roses, China roses are ₱1,500 per box of 20 (about ₱75 per stem). They’re great for DIY bouquets, specially if you are planning to make 2-3 bouquets.

Carnations start at ₱250 and up, and they’re excellent value because they last longer than many other cut flowers. Carnation flowers are sold into two types, bundle one (usually with 10 stems/flowers) or per piece which is fuller.

Regular tulips are ₱120 per stem and come in classic colors like red, pink, yellow, and white. Blue tulips are typically dyed at around ₱150 per stem, so the bouquet total will depend on how many stems you choose

A tulips bouquet starts at ₱2,000 and up, usually depending on stem count and the style of wrapping. Mixing colors can add volume and visual impact without jumping to premium stems.

Peonies start at around ₱650 per stem but are seasonal and limited, so availability can be hit-or-miss. Pre-order when you can.

Baguio vs Dangwa; Which is Cheaper?

In terms of variety, especially imported blooms, Dangwa Flower Market offers more, often at lower prices. For local roses, the price range in Baguio and Dangwa is almost the same. Shopping in Baguio is a treat. And you can even do make-your-own-bouquet activities, but for price, convenience, and overall variety, Dangwa still wins.

Dangwa Flowers Buying Tips

Best timing at Dangwa Flower Market: go 1–4 AM for the freshest stock (5–7 AM still okay). The sweet spot is Feb 12–13 predawn; avoid Feb 13 late night to Feb 14 evening when prices and crowds peak. If buying on Feb 14, aim before 5 AM or pre-order the night before.

Jesus Christ Superstar Manila Ticket Price

If you ask me what my top 3 musicals are, automatic yan: Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, and Jesus Christ Superstar. Ito yung mga shows na hindi ko talaga pinapalagpas kapag may staging dito sa Manila. In fact, katatapos lang ng Les Mis Manila run and I watched it twice. Yes, 2x — ganun ako ka-committed pag favorite musical. So now that Jesus Christ Superstar is coming to Manila, syempre nakaabang na agad ako to check the Jesus Christ Superstar Manila Ticket Price.

Jesus Christ Superstar Manila Ticket Price

Where and When is Jesus Christ Superstar Manila?

The show will run from May 2 to May 31, 2026 at The Theatre at Solaire. It’s a limited engagement, and may final extension na until May 31 — so if you’re planning to watch, better decide early.

Tickets are available via TicketWorld.

Jesus Christ Superstar Manila Ticket Price

Here’s what you need to know — the highest ticket price is ₱7,406, while the lowest ticket price is ₱2,010.20.

As expected for a major international production staged at The Theatre at Solaire, prices vary depending on seating section and show date. Orchestra and premium seats fall on the higher end, while upper balcony seats offer more budget-friendly options.

If you want the best view and full experience, syempre mas mahal ang center orchestra seats. But if you just want to experience the music live (which honestly is already worth it), may accessible options naman starting at ₱2,010.20. But if you ask me, go for the nearest seat to the stage possible. Promise, iba ang experience, visual and autidtory wise, when you are nearer the stage. I

For real-time availability and exact seat layout, it’s best to check directly on TicketWorld since prime seats usually sell out fast — especially weekend shows.

Is It Worth It?

For me, yes — especially since this is one of my top 3 musicals. After watching Les Mis twice, parang hindi pa rin ako tapos sa musical high. And now with Jesus Christ Superstar in Manila, this is another must-watch moment.

If you’re a fan of powerful rock vocals, dramatic storytelling, and iconic songs like “Superstar,” “I Don’t Know How To Love Him,” and “Gethsemane,” this is something you’ll want to see live.

Better secure your seats early — lalo na if may target date ka. The good seats don’t wait. 🎭

LASIK Surgery Manila Price

Why do I want to know more about LASIK Surgery Manila Price? Eh kase naman, more than half of my life I have been wearing eyeglasses. I was diagnosed with eyesight problem noong grade 2 or 3 yata ako… and medyo late na actually nalaman na malabo pala mata ko. Hindi dahil sa computer at hindi dahil sa kanood ng TV, nasa lahi talaga namin. Atsaka wala pang computer noon, haha! Sa sobrang tagal ko nang nagsa-salamin, may dent na actually yung nose ko.

LASIK Surgery Manila Price

Nag-try din naman ako mag-contact lens, but since I was not properly trained to use one, nagka-eye infection ako. Ngayon na medyo nakaka-angat-angat na sa buhay, I think this is the best time to seriously consider eye surgery. So I did the research and now sharing it here for anyone else na nagbabalak.

If you’re looking up LASIK surgery Manila price, or searching for eye laser surgery Philippines, here’s everything I found, including clinics, technology options, costs, and even info on free LASIK surgery Philippines and the cheapest LASIK surgery in the Philippines.

Types of Eye Laser Surgery in the Philippines  (LASIK Surgery Manila Price)

Akala ko when you say eye laser surgery, LASIK lang yun. Hindi pala! There are actually three main types of laser eye surgery commonly offered in the Philippines:

LASIK – This is the most popular type, kaya nga para synonymous na sya sa eye laser surgery. A thin flap is made in the cornea, the laser reshapes the tissue, and the flap is repositioned. Recovery is quick. Most people can return to work in 1 to 2 days. However, it’s not ideal if you have thin corneas or dry eyes. This was actually my first option and then I learned about dry eyes…

PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy) – This is an older but still reliable method. Instead of creating a flap, the outer layer of the cornea is removed, then the laser reshapes the surface. It takes longer to heal, up to 1 month, and the first few days can be uncomfortable. Best for people with thinner corneas. This sounds so good and if I am not mistaken, this is cheaper too, but the idea of it makes me a bit uncomfortable.

TransPRK – A more modern, no-touch version of PRK. The laser itself removes the outer layer. No tools, no flap. Healing is a bit faster than PRK and with less irritation. It’s ideal for people who are very active, have dry eyes, or prefer a safer surface procedure. Reading about this makes me want to go to a clinic ASAP. Feeling ko ito na yun for me.

LASIK Surgery Manila Price. Typical costs for each type range between ₱60,000 to ₱140,000 per eye, depending on the clinic and technology used. LASIK usually costs ₱70k to ₱140k, PRK is more affordable at ₱60k to ₱110k, and TransPRK ranges around ₱80k to ₱130k.

Top LASIK Clinics in the Philippines

After checking reviews, clinic websites, and patient feedback, here are the top laser eye surgery clinics I found in Metro Manila and nearby:

Shinagawa Lasik Center – With branches in Makati, BGC, and Ortigas, Shinagawa is one of the most popular in the country. They offer LASIK, TransPRK, and SmartSurfACE using advanced Japanese laser tech. Known for speed and high patient volume.

Asian Eye Institute – Located in Rockwell, Makati, this clinic offers LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and ICL. They’re known for in-depth diagnostics, high safety standards, and full-service care for everything from cataracts to retina issues.

St. Luke’s Eye Institute – With branches in Quezon City and BGC, this is a top hospital-based provider. Offers LASIK, PRK, ICL, glaucoma and retina services. Great choice if you want a full medical team backing your procedure.

The Medical City Eye Center – Based in Pasig. They offer LASIK and PRK with hospital-level safety and post-op support. A solid option if you want reliable care and good follow-through.

Perfect Sight Eye Center – Has branches in Makati, Las Piñas, and Manila. Known for more budget-friendly LASIK and PRK procedures, this is one of the most affordable clinics with experienced doctors.

The American Eye Center – Located in Greenbelt and Eastwood. Offers LASIK, PRK, cataract surgery, and general eye care. Trusted for decades and has great aftercare reviews.

Borough Lasik Center – Found in Pasay. A modern clinic offering LASIK and PRK at mid-range pricing. Patients say their customer service and attention to detail are strong.

Eye Can Philippines – Based in San Juan. Offers LASIK, PRK, and aesthetic eye care in a boutique-style clinic. Gets high ratings for comfort and personal attention.

Roque Eye Clinic – Located in St. Luke’s Global, BGC. This is a surgeon-led practice offering LASIK and PRK inside a top hospital setting. Known for personalized treatment plans.

Asia-Pacific Eye Center – Based in Biñan, Laguna. If you’re based in the South, this is a great affordable option for LASIK or PRK with a solid reputation.

Is LASIK Surgery Manila Price Covered by HMO in the Philippines?

Short answer, no. LASIK is usually not covered by HMO providers in the Philippines. It’s considered an elective or cosmetic procedure, not a medical necessity.

However, there are a few exceptions. Some HMOs cover initial screenings or diagnostic tests, especially if you’re referred for other eye issues. Certain corporate HMO plans may also offer discounts if they have partner clinics. It’s worth checking with your HMO or employer.

On the bright side, many clinics now offer 0% installment plans via credit card or in-house financing. So even if it’s not covered by HMO, you don’t have to pay the full amount upfront.

Can You Get Free LASIK Surgery in the Philippines?

Free LASIK surgery in the Philippines is rare, but it’s not impossible to find big discounts or partial sponsorship. Here are some tips:

Follow clinic pages like Shinagawa, Asian Eye, and The American Eye Center on social media. They often announce promos, raffle giveaways, or flash discounts.

Some companies offer subsidized or discounted LASIK for employees or dependents. Check with HR if there are health benefits that include vision correction.

Look for medical missions or charity programs. Although these are often focused on cataracts or pterygium, not LASIK.

Ask your chosen clinic if they offer referral incentives, online booking discounts, or birthday promos.

Ready To See Clearly?

If you’ve been stuck with glasses or contact lenses for years, or may dent na rin yung ilong mo like me, it might be time to finally explore LASIK Surgery Manila Price and eye laser surgery. Whether you’re aiming for a high-end experience at Asian Eye, a fast and safe TransPRK at Shinagawa, or looking for the cheapest LASIK surgery in the Philippines at Perfect Sight or Asia-Pacific Eye Center, there’s definitely a clinic that fits your needs and your budget.

The most important step is to schedule a screening. Every eye is different and the right procedure will depend on your corneal thickness, prescription strength, and overall eye health. Eye screening usually takes 2 to 3 hours and costs around ₱1,500 and up. Sometimes it’s free if you proceed with the laser procedure.

Once you’ve been cleared, it’s just a matter of choosing what kind of vision you want to wake up to. Glasses-free.

I will let you know kapag nagpa-laser na ako. May review yan for sure dito sa website at sa mga socials ko, kaya don’t forget to follow me.
