The Art Of Drinking Frappe

I was reading my friend’s blog and I can’t he;p but smile with her entry about Frappe.

The world of drinking frappe according to CyjCatherine:

At the start, there’s the happy anticipation. Then you take a good lick on what’s on top: the whipped cream, the choco syrup, a bit of the bittersweet coffee. And it feels so good, right? It’s as if everything feels like heaven. And nothing else seems to matter but the sweet taste of your frapp.

In my case, it is the opposite. For one, I never liked stirring my frappe. I want it as it is (yes even my coke float). And then I sipped it slowly, enjoying the bittersweet coffee. And it feels good yes. And then I wait, up until I can have a lick on the whipped cream and then on the choco syrup and that is heaven. Always saving the best for last.

I guess that is how I always function, always saving the best for last. Taking everything I can as long as I can endure and enjoying the fruit of my hard ships in the end.

Happy New Year guys!

As part of celebrating the new year, here is a Thank you post for the year that just passed. Of course I am thankful for my family and for the fact that 2010 has been very great in terms of health. We did not encountered any major health problem, save for the one I got last July. Although the 3nd quarter of the year has not been very very good, we survived it and as September came, all things fell into its proper place.

We celebrated the first birthday of our little girl and it was a blast. And all of the money we spent for her birthday came from my online earnings and was even save some to use for entertainment such as Online Casino playing or Facebook games/ applications playing. Other than that, I met and become friends with other mommy bloggers because of her birthday. That is such a blessing.

I had a taste of my first graduation day as a mother last 2010. And did I mentioned that my son made it to top 5? I am one proud mommy. My other pre school finished his nursery with ease although without honors, I am so happy for him because he improved a lot. My third son can speak clearer now and also gained more weight last 2010 and you know for moms, that is one of the most important.

Relationship wise, husband and I never had a big argument this year (except some tantrums which is usually work related stress). And we enjoyed some time alone, watching movies and dinning out (thanks to my mom who always make it a point to visit us).

2010 has been very very good to us and I just knew 2011 will be better, way better.

Christmas 2010 ROCKS!

There are so many reasons why Christmas 2010 rocks.

My sister who flew last November in Singapore to look for a better life came back with a good news and we were able to spend Christmas day with her and her son. The kids are all happy being together again. Ad we got to spend some time chatting, talking about life, natural colon cleansers, people who are important to us and people who made our life meaningful.

Spending Christmas with my family is a tradition to us. New Year is for my husband’s side. For this year, we decided not to cook (save for the macaroni soup and ham and tenderloin steak). I mean, we did not stressed ourselves cooking more dishes that we can actually eat and it is super fun! As my sister put it: “eating is best when you’re not tired from preparing it.” Agree much?

Other than spending it with my family, again, a truth was slapped right into our face. It was fun nonetheless, it just affirmed our love for each other.

And oh, a big decision was made during this time!
