The weather here makes me wanna go to the nearest beach. It’s so hot! We badly need a summer vacation. And because of the hot weather, I am so lazy to blog. I have been neglecting my blogs. I am not updating, well, except for contest updates, if that’s an article to you.

Anyways, I have summer plan for my family. I am thinking of a beach getaway in May. We have three celebrants on May, hubby, Chico (who shares the same day as my Marce Seiko) and my nephew Dylan. So, I was thinking, it would be a good reason to spend a weekend at the beach. If I can choose what kind of vehicle we can bring (given that I have lots of vehicle), I would choose a van and a pick up with bakflip tonneau cover. You see, my mother likes to stop and buy stuffs on the road. I remember when we were younger, our usual travel includes ten stops. A stop to check out the furniture shop along the road, a stop to check out the food shops, souvenir shops and even fruit stalls. That is why a pick up would be very ideal for her and the cover to protect her goodies.

If my memory serves me right, she dreamed of owning a pick up one day (and if I win the lottery, I would buy her more than one). I would give her one with protection like mud flaps, for sure she would take the big toy on her mountain adventures. The mud flaps will protect the the pick up from splashing mud from the wheel. Another great gear to protect the truck is a hood shield. I can just imagine her happiness if ever that would come true. For now, I can only dream big for her or maybe I should start my luck by going to the nearest lottery outlet?
