I Will Stop Buying

Mega Bloks. Yes, I know I said it was my therapy. I think we already had a lot and my first born son says he no longer wants to play with it. He says it is too big for him now and he wants the smaller kind. What we have here is Mega Bloks Maxi, the biggest kind. A building Blocks that is good for kids ages 1 to 3 years old (or even older). Now that Kayil will be in grade school, he thinks he is too old to play it. Next to Maxi is Mega Bloks Mini, the smaller version, building blocks good for kids ages 3 to 5 years old. The last kind is the smallest one. Remember the Lego we used to play? The tiny bitsy building Blocks? Yes, that is how small the micro is. I would love him to experience playing that but it is too small, we till have Chico and Sati to think of. So I told him, yes we will now start buying Mega Bloks Mini. And he was ecstatic!

Another sign that he is already a grown up, he most wanted toy now is not root or cars but action figures! waaaahh

I Find My Cure!

I just discovered what can make me feel good amidst depression, OCD attacks and paranoia attack. The answer is Mega Bloks by Mega Brand. Recently, my serotonin level was going down again. I had anxiety attacks and my compulsion is getting worse everyday. Last week, after doing 4 basket of laundry, I hit the wall and start scrubbing it. Few nights ago, after peeing, I noticed that our bathroom, specially the soap container can use a little scrubbing, so there. Instead of heading to my bed, I scrubbed the bathroom and did not stopped until I am satisfied.

Oh well, my depression is killing me too, and then one night while I was so down, I started browsing ebay for Mega Bloks and would you believed that after some minutes of browsing, I was relaxed and happy. On mornings when I am feeling compulsive, I sort out my their mega bloks collection (which is more than a thousand now) and I am happy. It’s my therapy! Mega Bloks. I get high when I win something from ebay. You know how pricey Mega Bloks are. Here, a hundred piece bloks can be bought for $20 or more. And no, I don’t buy Mega Bloks here (unless it is on warehouse sale where they slash 70% the regular price).At ebay, I can 200 pieces for only $10 or less. It was so much fun bidding!

Today, I just won my 6th or 7th Mega Bloks and this is set that I have been bidding on for so many times. I got if for only $17 and it was priced $50 on Amazon! Whew!

Excited

Mommy is super excited! Earlier it was announced who are the honors on my kid’s school. As you know my first born is about to graduate in pre school and yes he was included in the list! Yay! Mommy is happy, he ranked 5th in his class, just like his daddy (like father like son). We still don;t know if they have to wear tuxedo vest during their graduation ceremony. I will ask the teacher on Monday. Next week, they will be practicing for the graduation and the graduation (and recognition) will be on March 27, Saturday.

Oh, my baby boy is no longer a baby! A few more months and he will be on grade one and a few more, he will be on high school. Add some more years and I will be standing next to him for his wedding.. haays.
