The Men In My Life
Whenever I look at them, I’m always high. These are the men in my life (with an extra boy.. my nephew). At night, when they are all sleeping, I wonder how I was able to take care of them, yup starting from my husband. These men have different personalities and I haven’t perfected the art of dealing with each of them yet but mommy is trying real hard.
My oldest son, my husband. I know it’s a joke around every household, to call their husbands their oldest son, why? Oh well it seems that men, even at that age (and after having 4 kids) still acts like a kid. You have to constantly remind them of the things that they should do, like socks on the floor, turn off this, turn off that. And you have to prepare the things they need. Though to some wife, it is a problem, not to me. It’s how we thrive. He feeds us, I take care of him.
My real oldest son. He is a cry baby, yup at 7 years old, he still cries at the smallest thing. He even cries at night out of no reason at all. But without his tears he is a very clever boy. And he is a very responsible kuya too.
My second Mico who still thinks he is a baby and acts like one. I could not blame him, he was our youngest for the longest time. But he loves his younger brother and younger so much. You cannot trace any single jealousy or envy on him.
Chicolet as we fondly call him, our third boy. He is the most playful of them all and the most charming too. And though it was too soon that he was the youngest, he loves his dear sister the most.
Family Vacation

A Family Vacation can be spend anywhere in the world as long as there is a budget for it. The father being the provider must earn twice for his normal income in order to bring the whole family out of the county for a family vacation. Or the mother who is the keeper of the house and the budget officer can save up for the family vacation from the money that her husband is earning. A good choice for a vacation can be Hongkong for the kids will definitely love Disneyland or Indonesia for the couple to fall in love again in Bali, or somewhere in the US and just in case the car won’t start it would be easy for them to find some help in Los Angeles auto repair. And they can visit the Hollywood and even Disneyland in California.
A family car like an SUV can be a very good choice for a family vacation because it is big but sometimes a Honda Civic could do the job better. Touring around different places will not be easy but having your own car while on a vacation saves a lot of money and time on your part instead of paying for the buses and trains and losing some time due to getting on and getting of the buses and catching trains.
But before leaving for the journey, the father (because he is the driver) must check first their car to avoid getting stuck somewhere with no vulcanizing shops or towing cars. Checking the lights, brakes, clutch, and water without forgetting the head gasket. After doing all these stuffs, you are ready to go on a family vacation worry-free.Don’t forget to enjoy and take a lot pictures.
